We use PX as our second line of defense against bots, as our first line (AWS Shield) is more of a generic solution that catches most but not all events. The calibration process with PX allows for a more tailored detection process.

Technology. The technology for us was a the top of the list when it came to evaluating vendors for filtering out fraud and SIVT. When we started with HUMAN, they were still a younger company, but we felt a company that had its roots in combating fraud and bots and was the sole purpose of their business was the best for our clients in order to layer on protection. As time has gone on, we have found that the customer service is incredible. The team we work with continues to impress us and delivers white glove service that makes using the product as easy as possible. Ultimately, we feel protected and cared for by HUMAN. It's a plug'n play product, very easy to install and configure. It works very well, protecting us from aggressive scrapping and other malicious bots. Other tools really struggle to identify bot traffic and are not capable of providing us the features we need.

The Human captcha is very easy to solve and configure which is ideal if you want to have as little friction as possible.
