What do you like best about Humaans?

We recently implemented Humaans to power our global HR infrastructure and couldn't be more thrilled with the results.

The implementation process was as smooth as it possibly could be, allowing us to unite multiple entities under one umbrella seamlessly. With Humaans, we have successfully structured employee records across different teams, regions, and legal entities into a single, unified system. This has significantly enhanced our onboarding process, automating it for efficiency, centralizing all our data, and reducing manual administrative time drastically. What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is the most initiative HRIS out there! It’s so simple for employees & people leaders to get up and running with is ultimately our main goal! This made our change of system easy and stress free.

Implementation was quick (4 weeks!!) and Ayrton was brilliant throughout - we couldn’t of done it without him. Not to mention the team (shoutout to Jamie-Lee & Jade). The support the give gives day to day is UNMATCHED! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is incredibly easy to use, with a sleek and modern interface that makes day-to-day tasks feel effortless. The functionality is clearly well thought out, and regular product developments show a commitment to continuous improvement. The ability to assign custom permissions has been especially useful, giving our managers greater visibility where it's needed. One standout feature is the tables function—it's brilliant for both reporting and making bulk changes quickly and easily.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

We did experience a few hiccups during implementation, such as the system defaulting to an 8-hour workday when converting holidays from days to hours (our standard day is 7.5 hours). There are also some minor niggles around functionality, but nothing major and the system is constantly being improved. How intuitive and user-friendly it is, enabling seamless company-wide adoption. After using Humaans for a month, there isn’t much I've disliked. Any minor points or suggestions I've raised have been swiftly acknowledged, with improvements quickly rolled out. Their openness to feedback makes it hard to pinpoint lasting negatives, as they're always actively improving the product or at least willing to find an alternative.
