I really like the workflows/tasks feature, the forms, and the customizable tables—they’ve made it much easier to manage onboarding and ongoing processes. The recent requests feature has also been very useful. Communication with our CS Manager has been excellent—they’re quick to resolve issues and receptive to feature requests. There’s very little to fault with the system.
