Everything is great. It would be great if we can customize it a bit more but we can see that the team is constantly adding great new features. Humaans is fairly new to the market, meaning they're very open to feedback and new ideas, and we really feel like they're working with us to suit what we need and the use cases we have. They really go out of their way to help, in a way you don't get from the big incumbents.

There's nothing we really dislike! Because Humaans is fairly new, it's not as feature-rich as some other platforms. For the most part this is actually a pro - they're focusing on building the most important elements well and creating seamless integrations with other best-in-class software. Ease of use. Architecturally the site is simple and intuitive to navigate and visually the site helps make a good impression to new starters and existing team members.
