Everything is great. It would be great if we can customize it a bit more but we can see that the team is constantly adding great new features. We think Humaans is the perfect system for small companies that need a place to storage and keep track of employees data/documents and optimise their People processes. It gives employees structure and a very user friendly platform to use.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is fairly new to the market, meaning they're very open to feedback and new ideas, and we really feel like they're working with us to suit what we need and the use cases we have. They really go out of their way to help, in a way you don't get from the big incumbents.

Some of the things we love include:

* Beautiful UI, including data insights

* Very user friendly and easy to use

* Great for international team, with country-specific policies

* Fantastic customer support - someone always on hand to help and answer questions

* Integrations with all the other tools we use

What do you dislike about Humaans?

There's nothing we really dislike! Because Humaans is fairly new, it's not as feature-rich as some other platforms. For the most part this is actually a pro - they're focusing on building the most important elements well and creating seamless integrations with other best-in-class software. Ease of use. Architecturally the site is simple and intuitive to navigate and visually the site helps make a good impression to new starters and existing team members. - Humaans has a very friendly UI and a lot of valuable features, but no overload;

- the team is super receptive to feedback and constantly improves the product;

- even in a remote-first company with a slightly complex setup Humaans accommodates all our needs

I like the fact that you can get started very seamlessly. A few clicks and you are up and running; The product is intuitive, well-designed and has all core functionality that we need; Finally, we like that you can create reports and export data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
