It was really tedious, and just took up a lot of time. I didn’t know SaaS management tool was a thing until Hudled. It really cut down a lot of the work I had to do. I liked how easy it is to use - I’d just have to connectto Xero and then everything was there for me. **What do you dislike about Hudled?** I’d like to see more advanced features around renewals. Right now, Hudled lets you know when a renewal is coming up, 2 weeks prior. But I’ve noticed our SaaS subscriptions have some auto-renewal clauses that are easy to miss. Would be great to see more customisation or visibility around sneaky renewal clauses. **What problems is Hudled solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem it helped was the amount of time it took to manage and track everything. I would spend a couple hours, but it’s shrunk to minutes. Massive win ### 3.
