I believe it's still unable to track if there's a mouse jiggler/timer. I have one employee who I had been tracking, having 100% mouse usage with no keyboard usage and no changes in the screenshots for 40 minutes to 80 minutes exactly a time, daily. PTO policies are currently limited to start in January. It would be great if you could set them up to the person's start date as well. Also, when requesting, a lot of my employees have issues with understanding why their balance already looks like they have less since it automatically decreases the 8h the system assumes they're gonna request. It's a little misleading.
