## About HubSpot Marketing Hub
Marketing Hub consolidates marketing tools and customer data into a unified platform, eliminating scattered point solutions and simplifying software management for modern marketing teams. Core Value Proposition: HubSpot's Marketing Hub solves three critical pain points stemming from disconnected software: fragmented customer data, inefficient execution, and wasted time on tool management. Built as part of the HubSpot CRM platform, Marketing Hub keeps customer data central to all marketing activities– enabling sales alignment and clear ROI tracking across the full platform. Key Capabilities: Unified Data Architecture: Marketing Hub stores all marketing tools and customer data on one platform. This eliminates data silos and provides complete customer context for personalized marketing at scale. Time Efficiency: Marketers save time previously spent switching between applications, reconciling data across systems, and troubleshooting integration issues that plague multi-tool marketing stacks. Smart CRM Integration: Because Marketing Hub operates as part of the HubSpot CRM platform rather than as a standalone tool, customer information, interaction history, and engagement data remain accessible within the marketing workflow without manual data transfer. Sales-Marketing Alignment: With the complete HubSpot CRM platform, marketing and sales teams work in alignment. Unified reporting ties marketing activities to revenue, proving ROI. Marketing Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike individual marketing tools requiring manual integration and data transfer, Marketing Hub provides a native connection between email marketing, landing pages, social media management, and data analytics. This eliminates integration complexity and data sync challenges that fragment marketing operations. Marketing Hub delivers powerful capabilities without requiring extensive training, dedicated administrators, or technical implementation teams that complex enterprise platforms demand. Teams can adopt and use the system quickly, focusing on execution rather than software management. Who Should Use Marketing Hub: Marketing Hub serves marketing teams experiencing productivity loss from tool fragmentation, marketers requiring complete customer context for effective personalization, and organizations needing to demonstrate clear marketing ROI. The platform scales from small marketing teams to enterprise organizations without proportional increases in system complexity. Outcome: Marketing Hub enables marketers to save valuable time, provide personalized experiences that attract and convert the right customers at scale, and keep data at the center of everything they do– all while scaling their company, not complexity.

## HubSpot Marketing Hub Reviews
 ### 1. Everything in one spot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eileen C. | Web & Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like using HubSpot to place social media posts each week. I use it for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter to place all the messages for a week. I use this tool because I can schedule the entire week of posts at one time.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't like that if I sort my blogs and open one the go back, I have to resort the list all over again. It doesn't remember that I only wanted to see published posts or whatever. Super annoying and time consuming.

I also wish it was easier to upload social media images directly into a defined folder not just a general open folder with every other image that is uploaded.

I don't know coding. I wish it was easier to create/build the webpages. Things like rounded corner boxes are extremely difficult. Also, even though I have certain fonts used on every page, when I add a new text field, that font is not available in the list.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

It is a product that pretty much does it all.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to post to several social media companies all from one spot. I also like using a program that does more than just social media.

 ### 2. Decent CRM, Needs Better Ticketing and Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily for ticket tracking, which lets me assist customers effectively. I like that I can use email features to track different devices. The direct contact with customers is really convenient, and having access to the customer's contact information in the CRM means I can call them or send emails, and leave notes as needed. It helps in tracking everything related to customer's issues within the portal. I think the integrations with tools like Jira and Slack are pretty cool and helpful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I guess the only thing is, like, it's manually a CRM, not really a ticketing system. And I wish there was more emphasis on the ticketing side. I feel like for a new user, it can be kinda confusing to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for direct customer contact. It stores customer information, allows calls, emails, leaving notes, and tracking issues within a single portal.

 ### 3. Streamlined Marketing with Effective Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rae W. | Strategist & Manager of Social Media Department , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for content, social landing pages, email, paid campaign management, and as a marketing CRM. I really appreciate the easy automation of workflows and data flows, which simplifies processes and makes things run smoothly. I like how much information is stored as it enhances our ability to keep track of everything necessary. The media library and campaign tagging systems are great, providing really clear organization and attribution, which allows our team to work faster. Plus, setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was fairly easy in terms of account connections.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find the inability to tag users on LinkedIn social posts limiting. Also, the lack of ability to categorize posts and blogs into themes makes it harder to measure unique content pillar performance and understand which topics resonate best with our audience.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers easy automation of workflows, centralized reporting for overall marketing performance, clear organization, and attribution through its media library and campaign tagging systems, allowing our team to work faster.

 ### 4. Streamlines Marketing Efforts, But Costs Can Add Up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve O. | Sr. Director of Product Marketing

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates everything into one place, allowing me to spend my entire day managing all aspects of my marketing easily. I can author messages, design emails and landing pages, and craft forms for tracking information all within HubSpot. I appreciate not needing external connections for things like Google Analytics or my website analytics, as I can access everything directly from within HubSpot. Compared to previous solutions like Nutshell, which were clunky and not functional enough, or Salesforce, which is powerful but overwhelmingly difficult to maintain, HubSpot is smooth and easy to understand, with everything I need right there.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Honestly, the only things that I don't love about HubSpot are the cost of marketing contacts and inflexibility in updating some properties that the database considers 'read-only'. Managing tens of thousands of contacts as marketing contacts can easily cost tens of thousands of dollars a month. They can feel a bit steep at times, and sometimes we use outside tools to augment our marketing outreach because it can be done more cheaply in other systems (at a cost of losing some activity insights in HubSpot). Some data fields are also marked as 'read-only', making it difficult to update them via automations and workflows. Other than that, I really like HubSpot for everything else.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies my marketing tasks by centralizing everything, from customer outreach and messaging effectiveness tracking to integrating analytics. It consolidates my day-to-day marketing activities in one spot, making management easy without needing external connections.

 ### 5. Effortlessly Organize and Score Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use. It's so user intuitive with great UI/UX. The lead scoring is superb and shows you exactly how each lead got its score. It's super easy to set up lead scoring and change it if need be. It lets me know when leads are more active than others. The initial setup was so simple.

For someone who is not a creative, the marketing email templates are great for know where text and images go, and the go to sizes for everything. Also, the workflows available for emails are the most advanced I've seen out of any outreach platform.

In terms of integrations, we have it connected directly to our Convertr account. Therefore, there is a seamless flow from when leads are generated to ensuring they are follow-up up on with marketing emails. Therefore, the ROI of HubSpot for us is huge as there is no down time in our lead nurturing.

I have yet to use HubSpot's AI feature Breeze, but it seems helps with account research.

Lastly, HubSpot runs quickly and efficiently. Especially in the workstreams, they are easy to set-up up and do not fail.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Honestly, nothing major. Overall, the platform meets all of my needs. The only thing I wish HubSpot offered is the ability to send outbound emails that aren’t marketing-like and are more geared toward mass email outreach. That’s one downside, since we have to use other platforms for that (i.e., Outreach and Instantly.ai). The good news is those platforms connect very easily with HubSpot.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot helps me keep my contacts and their activity organized. For smaller campaigns, HubSpot can function as both a CRM and an outreach platform, which is essential when we’re running quick, short campaigns. The biggest problem it helps us solve is execution. We benefit from the fact that HubSpot includes all the workflow tools we need for email outreach campaigns—timing, actions based on email opens and clicks (that one is huge), actions based on companies and verticals, and even additional properties.

Another problem it solves for us is being able to quickly review leads coming in from content syndication and then refine and standardize their data through workflows. That, again, helps keep us organized.

 ### 6. Seamless Integrations, Time-Saving AI, and Fast, Accurate Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan T. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot integrates seamlessly with all our systems. Its functionality saves us many hours each week, especially with the recent AI additions, and the support team is fast and accurate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Managing leads can be tricky, especially leads from existing customers (and even more so if you use Salesforce as CRM), as there's no inherent lead object (in Marketing Hub pro). Many awesome workflow features are locked behind their Operations Hub, that should be included in Marketing Hub.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us generate and nurture leads at scale, both for new customer acquisition and for engaging existing customers. It saves us time and enables us to do more, which ultimately strengthens and improves our pipeline.

 ### 7. Streamlined Data Integration with HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake D. | Principal Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to extract data for internal BI reporting. I appreciate that HubSpot has taken steps to make data integrations easier for customers, such as supporting an Airbyte connector. This helps reduce the time it takes to build a data pipeline and makes it quicker to access the data I need for custom internal BI reporting.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Not much else to add. Hubspot is a great tool that streamlines our marketing tasks and makes it easier for us to manage our sales funnel.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline data extraction through an Airbyte connector, which reduces the time needed to build data pipelines for internal BI reporting. As a result, we can tailor our internal sales funnel reporting and more easily identify the next campaigns to target.

 ### 8. Efficient, Intuitive, But Upper-Level Tiers Too Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylee B. | Director of Marketing & Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love my ability to import and manipulate contact lists - way better than Mail Chimp or Constant Contact - and I can create beautiful emails and organize files with ease. Their chat customer service is great too. I also find it valuable that I can upload and edit images and documents and use them in my emails and landing pages. The AI search features make it easy to find and organize the images I need. It's easy to see how my various segments are performing in terms of engagement and keep current customers separate from leads and prospects. Additionally, the drag-and-drop email feature and my ability to add branding preferences allow me to easily create on-brand emails that look and perform beautifully. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

We use the Starter version. The next tier up is significantly more expensive - too expensive for our non-profit to afford. I wish though that we could have more advanced automation features in the Starter platform to better tailor the user experience and our communications based on our contacts' preferences and stage in their buyers' journey. That is available with the Professional tier, but we would not use all of the features of the Pro tier and the cost is prohibitive to us for that.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to send customizable, trackable emails and design landing pages without needing coding skills. It helps manage contacts and engagement effectively and allows easy import and segmentation of contacts. I can create on-brand emails, and customer support is excellent.

 ### 9. Comprehensive Tools, But Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is fully developed with all the components necessary for any marketing work. It's great that it has connectivity with many other project management tools for integration, like Mailchimp, Google Suite, and Asana.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Once you take the conversation into Gmail by a team member that's not the original assignee, the conversation thread is not recorded. The interface for replying messages and outgoing with Gmail can have better integration, what we reply in the Gmail platform should also be trackable in HubSpot, not just the initial incoming message. It's easy with the initial setup, but to tweak it and make it work for the sales funnel and marketing components for leads are very technical and not straightforward.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead management, call and email records, assigning team inquiries, and marketing reports. It's fully developed with essential components and integrates well with tools like Mailchimp, Google Suite, and Asana.

 ### 10. Best CRM for Organized, Easy-to-Use Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ S. | Senior Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sales and love how it keeps deals organized while housing our prospect list. It connects great to all other platforms we leverage day after day, making integration seamless. The user experience is easy for us to use, and everything feels like it's in the right spot for a methodical workflow. I appreciate the ability for mass sending emails, integrating with other tools to pull in useful info while prospecting, and the easy ways to look at the total landscape of opportunity. It helps me see where I have been in the prospecting universe. I’d say it's the best CRM I've ever used, especially for SMB and Midmarket orgs. The initial setup was easy peasy!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The spotty functionality at times, but it's so seldom that it happens, and all platforms have those downtimes.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for keeping deals organized, housing our prospect list, connecting with other platforms, sending mass emails, and gaining a comprehensive view of opportunities. It provides a methodical workflow and integrates with other tools to gather useful info while prospecting.

 ### 11. Complete and easy-to-use platform, all in one place.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tito M. | Co-founder & Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find it comprehensive, perhaps even too much so, but still easy to use. On a single platform, I have everything I need. The performance is top-notch and, for what it costs, the return is excellent for me. When I needed it, customer support was very quick to respond to my questions. Breeze, the AI, integrates perfectly with Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I have not encountered any disadvantage: once the philosophy behind it is understood, everything becomes really very intuitive.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have the management of email marketing, social media, and ads on a single platform. Everything is integrated with the CRM and other functions, so I can have a more organized and centralized view of activities.

 ### 12. Helpful tools for marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav S. | Salesforce Email Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it brings everything into one place, which makes daily work much easier. Instead of switching between different tools, I can manage contacts, create email campaigns, and track performance from a single dashboard.

The interface is simple to understand, so even while learning, I was able to set up basic campaigns and workflows without much confusion. The email and automation features are especially helpful because they allow step-by-step setup, which saves time in day-to-day tasks.

The dashboard also gives a clear view of campaign performance, so it becomes easier to understand what is working and where improvements are needed. This helps in making better decisions instead of guessing.

Another good part is their learning resources, which are quite useful for beginners trying to explore different features.

Overall, it has made marketing work more organized and reduced a lot of manual effort in managing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I didn’t like much is that some features feel a bit confusing in the beginning, especially when trying to set up automation or detailed reports. It takes some time to properly understand where everything is and how it works.

Also, pricing can be a concern as you start exploring advanced features, because many useful options are not available in basic plans.

Sometimes the platform feels slightly overwhelming with too many options, especially for someone who is still new.

Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but there is definitely a learning curve and cost factor to consider.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using HubSpot Marketing Hub, it was difficult to manage everything properly. Contacts, campaigns, and performance tracking were all in different places, which made things confusing and time-consuming.

With HubSpot, everything comes in one place, so it becomes much easier to handle marketing work. I can see contact details, run email campaigns, and check performance without switching tools again and again.

It also helps in reducing manual work because some processes can be automated, which saves time and effort. Overall, it makes things more organized and easier to manage on a daily basis.

 ### 13. Streamlined Marketing Automation with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has a robust CRM and lets me store unlimited contacts. The tool also continually adds new features, which is great. I appreciate the support and resources they provide. It's user friendly while remaining powerful. I find that it makes automating marketing tasks much more manageable and organized, and it integrates smoothly with their CRM, content, and sales tools, keeping everything neat and organized for our company. It helps me complete tasks efficiently without constantly switching between tools, and it removes a lot of manual tasks from my workload. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, and they do a good job of providing help and support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I do wish they integrated with Microsoft Ads.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes automating marketing tasks manageable and organized, integrates smoothly with CRM, content, and sales tools, and reduces manual tasks by keeping everything neat and organized. It also helps me complete tasks efficiently without frequently switching between tools.

 ### 14. All-in-One CRM, Email & Automation with an Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaetano R. | Head of global digital marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I love most is the all-in-one nature of the platform. Having the CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows perfectly integrated saves us an incredible amount of time. The user interface is extremely intuitive, making it easy for new team members to get up to speed without extensive training. The segmentation capabilities are also top-notch

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pricing structure can be a bit steep as the contact database grows, which might be challenging for smaller businesses. Additionally, some of the more advanced reporting features are locked behind the Enterprise tier. I would also like to see more flexible options for managing duplicate contacts without manual intervention

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot has solved our data fragmentation issues. Before using it, our marketing and sales data were scattered across different tools. Now, we have a clear view of the entire customer journey. This centralization has improved our lead nurturing process and allowed us to automate repetitive tasks, resulting in a higher conversion rate and better alignment between our marketing and sales team

 ### 15. Efficient CRM Integration with User-Friendly Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breanna C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is connected to my CRM, which allows me to have all the information in one space. It gives me shortcut options directly within the CRM, making my work more efficient. I also appreciate how it helps with being more efficient with all my templates and things, as it keeps everything in one area and it makes it easier for me to see and track.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Nothing off the top of my head right now, but maybe just, like, updating the UI on it, like, just finding more efficient workflows, like having buttons in certain places, that could help with giving me more optionality as a user.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me be more efficient by automating tasks and integrating with my CRM, so all my information is in one space. It makes it easier to manage templates and track everything.

 ### 16. Effortless Contact Management and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell G. | Owner, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to incorporate, allowing me to maintain all my contacts in one spot and continuously add on at any time. It's been very effective in terms of putting all information in one spot so I have access. The marketing hub makes it easier as I can just hit one button and translate all communication in terms of email, phone number, and customer information in one area, then maintain it much better. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, with no issues at all, and I could just hit one button on the website and automatically link to HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Well, I like to be able to use it on all apparatuses across the board.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I maintain my client and email lists effectively with HubSpot Marketing Hub. It keeps all my information in one spot, making it easy to access and manage contacts.

 ### 17. HubSpot Marketing Hub Keeps Deals and Client Info Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari P. | RFX Sourcer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very helpful tool that allows me to keep everything in one place. I use it daily to manage all my deal opportunities and store client contact information. It helps me stay updated on my clients and track the progress of each deal easily.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it is a paid platform, and users cannot access most features without a subscription. The cost increases with each tier, which may not be affordable for everyone, especially small businesses or individual users.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing solves the problem of organizing all the content, deals, emails, and contacts in one place. It helps me stay updated on deal progress and easily track communication with clients. With manual stage setting and task management features, I can update my tasks and receive email notifications.

 ### 18. Effective Contact Management, Needs Better Email Customization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shweta v. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email campaigns and ABM campaigns. I appreciate the good contact management features, as I can manage all the contact information very well with great filters. The website form area is also good, allowing integration with HubSpot so that I can track form fill-out details directly in HubSpot. The LinkedIn integration is fine and it automatically fetches LinkedIn profile information, which is mostly accurate.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The Email Function is not working for me. When I send marketing email campaigns, it shows users my email as a big, whole image, not text. So the likelihood of getting it read is missing out. In Marketing Campaigns, allow me to customize my email according to my liking. It should not appear as a big image. It should look like a simple normal email sent from Gmail or Outlook.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub lets me link website forms to marketing emails and manage contact information well with great filters. LinkedIn integration automatically fetches profiles accurately.

 ### 19. Marketing, Design & Lead Nurturing All in One!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cressy T. | Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist , Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2020

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The pop-up builder is one of the best integrations through HubSpot. It's very hard to set one up through our sites backend and we always use this feature. The insight on landing pages and campaigns through HubSpot analytics is so great. Easy to read, edit, and track.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The AI Agents weren't incredibly helpful for our team but that could be due to our business type. I think once AI gets a bit smarter, this could be handy.

**Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Marketing Hub:**

I recommend this product to small and large teams who want to mange land pages, lead nurturing and stats all in one user friendly app. Our team - all with different titles - is able to come together on HubSpot topics. We can all have a part in our pages designs, workflows and we feel like each one of us has a handle on our the final product. It's also a great way to collaborate across positions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are updating and making our landing pages more lead nurturing and modernized. Our team was able to work with a HubSpot rep who has helped us with industry best practices. Her connection and meetings really seemed to help point us in a direction.

There was a small issue the other day that we were able to solve over the phone with someone from customer service - after an hour long call, he lead us to a solution - he was so patient.

I've found the resources online are thorough, customer service is quick and approachable plus once inside the landing pages they are very user friendly. Troubleshooting problems doesn't take long.

 ### 20. Comprehensive Features But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignatius L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has almost everything I need, making task assignment within it pretty easy to manage and track. I appreciate the built-in ability to make calls and schedule appointments directly. It's really handy not having to share credentials across various platforms because everything's all in one place. Plus, the Breeze AI helps with tasks even if I haven't done them before, saving me from needing support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Breeze AI is still not as advanced as it should be. Sometimes it doesn't give correct answers. There's a very huge learning curve to HubSpot. Sometimes the workflows just fail, and we have to turn them off. Workflows can also create duplicates, which is a big problem.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything in one place, making it easy to manage CRM, billing, and tickets. It streamlines task assignments and tracking, allows calls and appointment bookings directly, and supports external marketing efforts without credential sharing.

 ### 21. Keeps Me Organized, Easy Setup, Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyric C. | Sales Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about Hubspot marketing is how everything is centralized. You can manage campaigns, track leads, automate follow-ups, and see performance all in one place, which makes it a lot easier to connect marketing efforts directly to results.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There's a lot of functionality, so getting everything fully set up and optimized takes time, especially if you're trying to use it across multiple teams

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps me updated with information, helps me stay organized with my clients, and lets me add notes. It automatically sends emails and allows easy pipeline review.

 ### 22. Versatile, Highly Customizable Tool, but needs some more flexibility in some aspects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Lots of versatile tools and high customization allows for more flexibility on how the tool can be used.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The email templates are great, but creating custom modules takes a lot more effort than I'd like. I also dislike how the layout breaks if there's a decrease in length of text in emails. It makes the overall email look very unprofessional.
I wasn't too happy with the AI generated blogs. They seemed extremely generic and not something that actually added value. Some features seem to make the platform a little more rigid.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly used email section and did email marketing. I like how it gives a detailed health score and report. The metrics help me quickly guague how my emails are doing.
I also like the lead scoring mechanism. It really takes the effort out of manually having to identify leads

 ### 23. Robust All-in-One Marketing & Sales Automation for Startups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia P. | CEO and Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Hubspot is a very robust marketing and sales tool, perfectly suited for a start-up that needs to get its marketing automation up and running. The ease of use and integration in setting up this platform makes it optimal to create your website and landing pages, while also assisting you aligning your social media posts so they stay on brand and message. The sales team will appreciate the ability to track leads and opportunities in the CRM as they come in, and to build nurture sequences that keep them in front of potential customers in a timely, consistent way.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. I’d focus on the bare minimum needed to get up and running, and then add other features only when you actually need them to expand your reach.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a lower cost system helps with a tight budget if you are just standing up a start-up. It's easy to use and allows for deployment that is manageable with a smaller team.

 ### 24. Great all-in-one workflows, but tracking and filtering level features need improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib H. | Marketing Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

It’s a consolidated tool where you can handle multiple activities in one place, for example, building forms and connecting those forms to emails through quick, simple workflows. You can also assign those items to the right contact owners and receive Slack updates. Overall, these features help keep everyone up to date.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Tracking is a huge gap in these features. Whether it’s tracking form drop-off or filtering form traffic, HubSpot only provides very general details. For example, it shows how many visitors are viewing the form and how many converted, but there’s a big gap when it comes to filtering traffic region-wise or understanding field-level behavior, like how many people start filling out fields versus not entering anything at all. This kind of flexibility isn’t available to developers either, so we can’t make the necessary alterations on our end.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the biggest problem HubSpot Marketing Hub solves for us is fragmentation.

Before HubSpot, our data and workflows were spread across multiple tools, forms in one place, emails in another, landing pages somewhere else, and reporting stitched together manually. That made it difficult to get a complete view of the funnel and even harder to act quickly.

With HubSpot, everything is consolidated into one system. Traffic, forms, emails, landing pages, and campaigns all live together, and every interaction is tied back to a single contact record. This means Marketing and Sales are working off the same data instead of parallel systems.

There are a few scenarios where this consolidation has clearly helped us. When lead quality declined, we were able to trace the journey end-to-end—from first-touch source to form submission to SQL and deal outcome, without switching tools. That allowed us to quickly identify underperforming campaigns and adjust targeting.

For campaign analysis, HubSpot enables us to view spend, leads, and pipeline impact together, rather than manually reconciling data from different platforms. This significantly reduced manual reporting effort and improved data accuracy.

From an operational standpoint, workflows have helped us standardize lead routing, follow-ups, and suppression logic, ensuring leads are acted on promptly and consistently. It has also improved collaboration between teams, Marketing has visibility into post-handoff performance, and Sales has full context on a prospect’s engagement history before the first conversation.

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub benefits us by providing a single source of truth, faster insights, and smoother execution. Instead of spending time connecting data points, we can focus on improving performance and decision-making.

 ### 25. Effortless Multi-Channel Scheduling and Campaign Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie B. | Head of operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

An incredibly simple and easy way to schedule posts across multiple social media channels, manage them, and see at a glance what’s going out and when. I also like being able to group posts by campaigns and check the effectiveness of those campaigns.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

To be honest, nothing. I haven’t found any real gripes so far; it’s been incredibly simple to use.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not a marketer; I manage social media channels as part of a broader operational role. As a non-marketer, I’ve found this tool has really helped me save time and work more efficiently, and it’s enabled me to complete tasks easily that aren’t the main part of my job.

 ### 26. A powerful all-in-one marketing platform that drives real, measurable growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ifigenia A. | Director of Digital Strategy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What stands out most is how HubSpot brings everything into one place—CRM, email marketing, automation, reporting, and content—without the need for multiple disconnected tools.

From a practical perspective, the workflow automation is a huge time saver. We can build sophisticated customer journeys (email, WhatsApp, lead nurturing) without heavy development, which allows marketing teams to move faster. The reporting is also very strong, giving clear visibility from first interaction through to conversion.

Another key benefit is usability. Even non-technical users can build campaigns, landing pages, and emails quickly, which removes bottlenecks and improves collaboration between teams.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While HubSpot is powerful, costs can scale quickly as you add contacts and advanced features, which can be a challenge for growing organisations.

There are also some limitations when it comes to more complex customisation. While it covers most use cases very well, highly bespoke requirements can still require workarounds or external tools.

Additionally, while the platform is user-friendly overall, some areas (like reporting or workflows at scale) can become complex and require proper setup and governance to avoid confusion.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of fragmented marketing systems and lack of visibility across the customer journey.

Before using HubSpot, marketing activities like email campaigns, landing pages, CRM data, and reporting often sit in separate tools, making it difficult to manage campaigns efficiently or understand what is actually driving results. HubSpot brings all of this into a single platform.

For us, the biggest benefit is having a unified view of the customer—from first interaction through to conversion. This allows us to build more effective, data-driven campaigns and automate key parts of the journey, such as lead nurturing, follow-ups, and event communications.

In practical terms, it reduces manual work, speeds up campaign execution, and improves conversion rates because we can deliver more timely and personalised experiences at scale.

 ### 27. Fast Updates, Convenient Scheduling, and Great Value Across Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen C. | Sr. Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the preview feature. It eliminates surprises. The modules are easy to populate, and updates are fast. The scheduling is very convenient. You can't beat the price, it fits in our budget. I am able to use hubspot across all platforms and easy to connect .. If I need help, there are many ways to access assistance. The AI is new, but it looks promising. I will try it.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Signing in can be kind of difficult. The security feels almost too tight, which makes the login process more frustrating than it needs to be.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps with my workload. Schedule it and move on.

 ### 28. Centralizes Marketing Efforts with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arbab S. | FONDER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub seamlessly integrates everything in one ecosystem. The marketing automation workflows, CRM integration, and detailed reporting stand out, making it easy to nurture leads at scale while keeping communication personalized. I value the intuitive UI, which reduces setup time, and the built-in analytics that clearly show funnel performance, attribution, and ROI. It enables faster execution, better decision-making, and consistent optimization without relying on multiple disconnected tools. I appreciate HubSpot’s ease of use and scalability. The drag-and-drop tools for emails, landing pages, and workflows make execution fast, even for complex campaigns. The contact segmentation and smart lists work well for targeting the right audience at the right stage of the funnel. The documentation and in-app guidance shorten onboarding time and enable teams to adopt best practices quickly. Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub balances power with usability extremely well.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. Pricing can become expensive as contact volumes grow or when advanced features are needed, which can be challenging for smaller teams. Some advanced customizations and reporting options also require higher-tier plans. Additionally, for very complex automation or highly customized attribution models, there can be some limitations compared to more specialized enterprise tools.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves fragmentation by centralizing email, CRM, analytics, and more into one platform, improving marketing efficiency. It reduces manual work and enhances lead quality through automation, while providing insights to optimize the entire digital marketing funnel.

 ### 29. Centralizes Communication, Makes CRM easy!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to communicate with clients and organize requests within the company. I like the Salesmsg integration because I don't need to switch over to a different platform to respond to clients. The snippets feature is great too, as it lets me spend less time typing. It's super helpful that all our client communications are kept in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes the email feature will close out a thread entirely and not open back up if a new email is received. Also, before merging tickets allowed me to view the tickets easily between the originals, but since the update, something has changed and made it difficult to switch between the merged tickets. Plus, it was a lot to switch over at first.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve found that HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps all of our client communications in one place. It also integrates with Salesmsg, so I don’t have to switch platforms just to respond, and the snippets feature saves me time by cutting down on repetitive typing.

 ### 30. Speedy Execution, Intuitive Design, Minor Segment Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Senior Director of Growth Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I find things in HubSpot Marketing Hub very easy to locate because it's intuitive. The speed of execution is really fast, allowing us to whip up a landing page in just a couple of hours. The email campaigns are sent out in a matter of minutes, which truly highlights the efficiency and speed of the platform. The initial setup was also very easy, especially with the help of consultants, and it was implemented very quickly.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes the list inclusion, or segments, works a little iffy. When I'm building certain workflows, I depend on the inclusion and exclusions of segments. Sometimes it's a little cumbersome to set them up in the way that I want to.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to build landing pages and run email campaigns quickly. It's fast and intuitive for creating and managing workflows linked to specific actions.

 ### 31. All-in-One Marketing Platform with Powerful Reporting and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thabata M. | QA Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is centralized in one platform. It makes it really easy to manage campaigns, automate workflows, track performance, and align marketing efforts with sales—all without jumping between tools. The reporting and analytics are especially helpful because they give clear insights into what’s working and where to optimize.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially with automation and reporting, but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of managing multiple marketing activities across different tools by bringing everything into one platform. It helps streamline campaign execution, automate repetitive tasks, and track performance in real time. This benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and allowing me to make more data-driven decisions while staying aligned with sales goals.

 ### 32. HubSpot Marketing Hub: Flexible, Easy Campaign Management in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco R. | Marketing Coordinator for LATAM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it lets me centralize all the campaigns we run for customers in one place. It’s relatively easy to use, and there are countless things you can do with it, which makes it a really flexible tool for managing our work.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

With so many possibilities available, it can be hard to fully understand everything the product can do. I get the sense that there are plenty of options I’m not taking advantage of simply because I don’t know about them yet.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves is enabling us to create 360° campaigns that bring together different communication solutions while also generating internal tasks for the customer and sales teams. These tasks are created through workflows aligned with the target we’re aiming for.

 ### 33. Organizational Hub with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordi G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the fact that HubSpot Marketing Hub is able to record the important points and metrics of my job and my team, which helps me compare and ensure that i'm moving in the right direction. It's a very organized platform where I can keep information for potential prospects and customers we've reached out to, and that we'll reach out to again. It provides ample space to store a lot of information about distant territories. I also find it simple to use as long as I focus on the functions and use it to its full potential.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I think that at times, HubSpot Marketing Hub can get a little disorganized, and it can be a bit more difficult to maneuver. Some of the AI functions personally get in the way. There's certain notes that I could hear for myself on audio and don't really need an AI to tell me. Also, the notes could get a little hard to maneuver since there's a lot. Occasionally, HubSpot might slow down a little bit and, company-wide, it can stop working for a few minutes.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub organizes my information and records customer interactions, helping me keep quick notes and develop leads for future reach-outs.

 ### 34. Intuitive Interface, Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Christopher S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Even though there's a lot going on with many options, filters, and slideouts, it's still intuitive. This intuitiveness makes navigating the platform easier. When viewing customer activity, the action and tag filters above make it easier to find the info I need, which makes tasks faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't have full admin access, so I'm coming from a read-only perspective. Maybe tweak other sections to reduce clutter. Both the left and right sections look and behave similar, so going back and forth between them (if you're not a frequent HubSpot user) can be time-consuming.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for reviewing customer information not available on other platforms like Intercom or Chargebee. Its intuitive UI makes navigating easier, and filters allow me to efficiently find necessary information from tons of customer activity data.

 ### 35. Intuitive Platform with Powerful Campaign Tracking and Revenue Attribution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What stands out most is how intuitive the platform is compared to other tools in the space. It’s relatively easy to get up and running, and the UI makes it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. The ability to manage campaigns, track performance, and tie activity directly to pipeline and revenue is a major advantage—especially for teams focused on accountability and measurable impact.

The reporting and dashboarding capabilities are also a big plus. You can get a clear view into funnel performance, campaign attribution, and sales activity without needing a separate BI tool, which helps drive faster decision-making.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

As you scale, there are some limitations and complexities to be aware of. Certain customizations (especially around reporting and data structure) can become cumbersome, and costs can increase quickly as you add contacts and advanced features. There’s also a learning curve when it comes to fully leveraging more sophisticated capabilities like workflows, scoring, and attribution modeling.

On the marketing side, landing page templates can sometimes feel a bit restrictive and “lock you in” once you’ve committed to a structure. However, I do appreciate the flexibility to bring in custom HTML when needed, which helps offset that limitation for more advanced use cases.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary problem solved by HubSpot is scale. It allows us to automate and scale campaigns efficiently, so we can drive more impact without increasing resources.

 ### 36. Intuitive and Effective for Lead Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush G. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I love how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use, particularly its simple UI. It offers a lot of options for creating forms and tracking the user journey. I can easily tell where a user is in the funnel stage, which makes my life as a marketing analyst much easier. I also like that it helps me understand which pages and forms work best on my website, and where users might be getting stuck. This way, I always know what action I need to take by looking at the data and insights from HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Currently everything seems flawless.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track leads and their journey on my website. It offers a simple UI and options for form creation, making it easy to see where users are in the funnel. It simplifies my role as a marketing analyst.

 ### 37. Unified CRM and Powerful Automation, but Pricing and Advanced Reporting Can Be Tough

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman J. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The greatest strength is the unified CRM architecture, providing a "single source of truth" where marketing and sales data live on the same timeline. The Breeze AI tools are standout features, allowing for effortless content "remixing" across channels and automated lead scoring that identifies high-intent prospects in real-time. The no-code workflow builder remains the gold standard for usability, enabling marketers to build complex, multi-channel automation sequences and personalized "smart content" without any developer assistance. It effectively transforms the marketing department from a cost center into a data-driven revenue engine.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The most significant drawback is the aggressive pricing structure; costs escalate sharply as your contact database grows or when you need essential features locked behind the Enterprise tier. Additionally, while the platform is intuitive for standard tasks, technical reporting can become surprisingly rigid, often requiring "Custom Objects" that are difficult to configure without specialized knowledge. Users also report that the customer support quality can be inconsistent, with long wait times for complex technical issues that fall outside the basic knowledge base of front-line representatives.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the problem of "Data Silos" between marketing and sales, ensuring every interaction is tracked and attributed to revenue. It eliminates the manual effort of managing disconnected tools for email, social media, and SEO by consolidating them into one dashboard. The primary benefit is improved lead velocity and attribution; we can see exactly which marketing touchpoints led to a closed deal. This clarity allows us to optimize our budget toward the highest-performing channels and provides the automation needed to scale personalized outreach without increasing headcount.

 ### 38. Simplifies Marketing with Integrated Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy V. | Director of Growth Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the ease of use and integrated aspects of HubSpot Marketing Hub. There's a low technical barrier to understand the tool and create pages or emails, and it's easy to create advanced marketing tactics. I also appreciate the fact that there's no need to import or export data between tools.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Workflows are powerful but require some technical understanding to work as intended.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub for landing pages, emails, and consolidated customer profiles. It has a low technical barrier and integrates well, letting us create advanced marketing tactics without importing/exporting data.

 ### 39. HubSpot’s All-in-One Sales & Marketing Platform with Intuitive Automation and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The biggest strength and the best aspect of the Hubspot platform is it has all the required and necessary tools for sales and marketing in its own ecosystem. Right from CRM to marketing automation, and from email campaigns to landing pages, everything is made easier in terms of integrating with its over platform. It also stands best for its very intuitive platform and strong marketing automation workflows. Their reporting dashboard is also very effective.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Though this platform is very strong, its pricing is very high, and its features are hidden behind the higher tiers. Specifically, their workflow automation and reporting features are quite expensive, some of their customization are bit limited when compared with other enterprise CRMs.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot solves the problem of having fragmented tools for sales, marketing and customer data. HubSpot, it helps me to centralise the customer data and gives us clear pipeline visibility. Overall, this platform helps our team with better lead nurturing and conversion tracking. The campaign ROI measurement is also improved with this platform.

 ### 40. Feature-Rich with Some Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijay Kumar P. | Conference Manager, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because of its lots of features like inbox integration and email campaigns. The inbox integration is very nice and easy to use as there's no need to switch to another tab or website.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I don't like that free emails have been reduced to 1000 per month, and it feels like it should be increased. Also, the email review process needs improvement because sometimes legitimate emails are marked as spam. The initial setup felt quite complicated but not hard.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing. It solves email sending with easy-to-use inbox integration, eliminating the need to switch tabs or websites.

 ### 41. HubSpot Transformed Our Marketing Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofi Y. | Member, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like the features offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially the scheduling, working with insights, and the intents from the intelligence. The Breeze assistant is really helpful for identifying anything new in marketing events like webinars or call raisers. The integration between Salesforce and HubSpot is another thing I love, as the data flows directly and syncs efficiently. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy thanks to the intuitive workflow and UI, along with support from the HubSpot CSM team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I believe if we have more options of creating sequences, rather than them being just static and dynamic. There should be more features added to creating multiple sequences. Either by using AI or if you can use the AI to create a sequence script, we should be also able to create.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing activities, such as managing sales leads and sending emails. It saves me time with campaigns and lead management, helps me reach people who respond, and benefits my team and company.

 ### 42. All-in-One Marketing Hub That Brings Structure, Visibility, and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is connected in one system.

Emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, contacts, and reports all work together, so you’re not jumping between tools or manually pulling data to understand performance. You can launch a campaign and clearly see how it impacts leads and engagement at the contact level, which is a big plus.

The automation and workflows are another strong point. Once they’re set up, they handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, internal notifications, and lifecycle updates with very little manual effort. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks.

I also like how easy it is for non-technical users. Creating emails, forms, or landing pages doesn’t require developer support. The interface is clean, and most features are easy to pick up with regular use.

Lastly, the reporting and analytics are genuinely useful. You get clear insights into what content and campaigns are working, which helps with planning and optimization instead of relying on guesswork.

Overall, it brings structure, visibility, and efficiency to day-to-day marketing work.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I dislike most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing and feature gating.

As your database grows or you want more advanced features, costs increase quickly. A lot of the really powerful functionality like advanced automation, custom reporting, or attribution is locked behind higher tiers, which can be frustrating if you’re a growing team.

The learning curve can also be steeper than it looks at first. While basic tasks are easy, setting up workflows, lifecycle stages, and reports correctly takes time. If things aren’t configured properly early on, it can create messy data that’s hard to clean up later.

Another drawback is limited flexibility in some areas. Customization is good, but not unlimited. Certain templates, reporting views, or automation logic can feel restrictive if you have very specific or complex use cases.

Lastly, performance can occasionally feel sluggish, especially when working with large contact lists or detailed reports.

It’s a strong platform overall, but you do pay a premium and need to be disciplined about setup and ongoing maintenance.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly solves the problem of fragmented marketing systems and poor visibility into results.

Before using it, marketing activities tend to be spread across multiple tools emails in one place, forms in another, analytics somewhere else. HubSpot brings all of that together, so campaigns, contacts, automation, and reporting are connected by default. That alone removes a lot of manual work and confusion.

It also solves lead management and follow-up gaps. With workflows, you’re not relying on someone to remember when to nurture a lead or notify sales. The system handles scoring, routing, and follow-ups automatically, which means fewer leads fall through the cracks.

Another big problem it addresses is measurement. HubSpot makes it much easier to see what content, emails, and campaigns are actually driving engagement and conversions. You can track a lead’s full journey instead of just surface-level metrics.

The benefit for me is time and clarity. Less manual coordination, fewer tools to manage, and much clearer insight into what’s working and what isn’t. That makes planning, optimization, and collaboration with sales far more effective.

 ### 43. HubSpot Marketing Hub: Easy to Use, Powerful Automation, and Connected Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its combination of ease of use and powerful automation. It helps streamline marketing campaigns, track results in real time, and keeps all customer and marketing data connected in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The main downside is the cost, especially when scaling to higher tiers for advanced features. Some reporting and automation configurations can also be complex, and there are limits to customization compared to more enterprise-focused solutions.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the challenge of managing marketing activities across multiple tools and channels. It centralizes email marketing, lead generation, campaign management, automation, and reporting in one platform. This makes it easier to track customer interactions, nurture leads, and measure campaign performance.

 ### 44. Powerful All-in-One Marketing Automation with Intuitive Workflows and CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Senior Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub works really well for managing end-to-end marketing activity in one place. At Media Zoo, it’s especially valuable for marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages and reporting. The workflows are intuitive and powerful, allowing us to automate journeys without losing personalisation. The integration with CRM data makes it easy to segment audiences, track engagement, and understand performance across campaigns. It also supports collaboration well across marketing and sales teams, which helps keep everything aligned and measurable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

The biggest downside is cost, particularly as you scale and need more advanced features. Some functionality is locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve the challenge of fragmented marketing activity and limited visibility across the funnel. It allows us to bring campaigns, content, events, email and lead management into one place, giving us a single source of truth for performance.

 ### 45. Intuitive automation and centralized marketing: more efficiency and leads in HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel G. | Quality Manager, Consumer Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the ability to automate campaigns and centralize all marketing actions in one place. The creation of workflows, emails, landing pages, and the analysis of results are very intuitive, which makes it easier to optimize strategies and generate leads more efficiently, even without a large team.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

What I like least about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the cost can increase quickly as the contact base grows. Additionally, some more advanced customizations of automations and reports require higher plans, which can limit more specific strategies for smaller companies.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a comprehensive marketing platform that helps centralize campaigns, manage leads, and automate processes. Problems it solves: difficulty in organizing lead data, manual tracking of campaigns, and integration of marketing tools. Perceived benefits: time savings with automations, centralized view of the sales funnel, and greater efficiency in marketing campaigns.

 ### 46. HubSpot Marketing Hub Keeps Everything Organized and Boosts Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie A. | Accounting Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything organized in one place. It makes it easier to track customer activity, send marketing emails, automate follow ups, and see reports without jumping between different systems. I also like that it helps teams stay connected and work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features are only available in higher plans, which can get expensive. At first, it can also feel a little overwhelming because there are so many tools and settings to learn.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve problems with keeping customer communication, marketing activity, and reporting organized. Instead of using multiple systems, everything is in one place, which helps teams save time, automate tasks, follow up with customers more efficiently, and better track marketing results.

 ### 47. Intuitive and Consolidated Platform, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like the intuitive UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub. It's very user-friendly, with features like the design manager allowing me to create EDMs easily. The drag-and-drop builder is fantastic, enabling me to customize and create really good-looking emails simply, without needing to use HTML. It makes creating professional emails accessible for everyone, which is something I really appreciate. Also, it's great how everything can be consolidated into one platform, allowing the marketing team to manage social content, ads, and website tasks efficiently all in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

SMS not being available in New Zealand is a big one. Previously, we've had to connect other service providers, and it's been a bit ugly.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub consolidates our marketing efforts, allowing us to manage social media, ads, and website content in one platform. It's easy to use and teaches new people quickly. The drag-and-drop builder makes creating attractive emails accessible without needing HTML skills.

 ### 48. Easy to Use with Powerful AI Features, But Requires Upgrades for Full Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I really like how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use and the AI features are a big plus. The platform's ability to handle email marketing, analytics, reporting, and social media makes it great for all my marketing needs. I also appreciate how it helps me get data or create campaigns and offers suggestions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

I'm not thrilled about the need to upgrade our package to get more access, like adding multiple calendars. I wish I could use this feature during an e-blast about a trade show so people can book meetings and it can be tracked.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing, analytics, reporting, and social media, all in one platform. The AI features help with data collection, campaign creation, and providing suggestions, which makes my marketing tasks easier.

 ### 49. HubSpot Marketing Hub: Feature-Rich Analytics That Always Deliver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent G. | President/CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

HubSpot Marketing Hub is the most complete, feature-rich marketing platform I’ve ever used. I rarely find that analytics or other important data points are missing, which makes it easy to get the information I need.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

Sometimes it feels like information overload, which is the trade-off of having everything built in. Fortunately, the AI help tool consistently works well and makes it easier to navigate.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing is an inexact science. It isn’t easy, and it requires constant learning. Fortunately, HubSpot provides robust training to support you through that process. Sometimes I don't even know what I'm missing with my marketing efforts and I appreciate that HubSpot suggests ways I can improve.

 ### 50. HubSpot Automation Made Easy - Powerful, (Relatively) Affordable, and All-in-One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhiannon D. | Head of Marketing and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

One word - automation. OK a few more words - the ease of utilisation, the relative low cost for so much usability. Then there's the fact that if you have Hubspot you don't need anything else. You can track and see in real time what is and isn't working, you can schedule - oh and did I mention automation!

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?**

There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot full stop - however, I am always anxious that I am not getting the most out of it because of my own time ad understanding limitations.

**What problems is HubSpot Marketing Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility in terms of what's working, what's good and what's not.
