I was very impressed with the support from the Hubilo team - in our case Renuka Varma, who walked us through every step of the journey and was always available for a last-minute call - a big thank you! This was the first time we used the platform, so we had many questions throughout, but they made the process very easy and enjoyable. Since we had two events in the same week, it was difficult for us to manage the two different groups of attendees from one event (Summer of Purpose) to the other event (East African Impact Days). Plus the streaming option. It was only possible to stream via one channel; instead, it would be much better if you could also stream via YouTube, Zoom, and Facebook. How easy to handle the platform as the organizer of the event. It was my first time using the platform and I have a good experience seeing the progress of my event after plugin all the agenda, banner, video and etc. Deep Patel was our Success Manager and he was being very helpful, always on standby and assisting every step of the way to make my event successful. SO interactive - attendees almost felt like we were in-person. Very pleased overall with our experience from the interactive functionality of the Networking Lounge and Rooms to the ease of navigation for attendees (and as an administrator on the back end), modern aesthetic, tutorials provided throughout, broadcast studio for Main Stage sessions, analytics, and support (our rep was Akash Nag).
