Hubilo has been instrumental in two of our bigger Hybrid events this year, and the experience with both events was beyond expectations. The Hubilo team were very supportive, and a BIG thank you to Zainab. She was absolutely phenomenal and always there to help if we had last minute requests. Hubilo platform is certainly one of the easiest platforms to use from both an attendee and an organiser's point of view. The set-up was intuitive with an easy-to-use UI.
We received a lot of good feedback from our client and their guests about how clean, slick and easy to navigate the site was. Our client particularly liked the business matching feature which help connect guests to each other during the event.
I was very impressed with the support from the Hubilo team. Priyanka our CSM was with us every step of the way and was always responsive. She was very helpful in coming up with solutions to work around the limitations that all platforms have. The onboarding and training were comprehensive, and our requests were dealt with promptly. There was also live support on the actual event day.
It was really great to be able to create a test site, so we could test everything out in the live environment before actually launching the site. I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again for future events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there is a lot of things you can customise, there are still some things that you cannot. The Hubilo team was able to find workarounds for some, but unfortunately for others we just had to live with it.
The formatting on some sections was limited or hard-coded in, branding colors are pretty blanket and not as customisable as other sites. The design for the Login page is linked to the Reception page which I found strange. We made it work but needs to be considered for the next version upgrade. The image on the Login page was not responsive which led to the image being cut off when the window size was reduced - again I'm sure this can be a simple fix for the next version. The 3 sections for the business matching should all be fully customisable, where each section and all the values can be edited as well as offering a setting option to be able to select single or multiple fields. Working with Devdutta Khomdram was extremely helpful! He was knowledgeable, available, and kind. I would call him at all hours - and he was ALWAYS pleasant on the phone!!

The Hubilo Team was very useful for our event. They responded very quickly to our requests and helped us a lot to understand the platform. We were guided from the beginning until the end of the event by a very competent customer success manager.
The interface was quite understandable by our users. We got excellent feedback from our attendees but also our speakers and sponsors. They found the Hubilo platform very easy to use and understand. We also liked all the options to boost our event with branding, contests, pop-up ads, event feed, and leaderboard. The organizer has a lot of freedom to personalize the event as they wish. From attending a few virtual events myself I think the Hubilo platform is certainly one of the easiest platforms to use from an attendee point of view and an organiser point of view.
We received a lot of good feedback from sponsors about how nice it looked and how easy it was to use. Many sponsors thought their exhibitor pages looked like a LinkedIn profile, which they thought was great because we are all so familiar with that type of layout.
We had 500 attendees access the platform over two days, we had about 120-50 people in our panel sessions, we only received a couple of emails regarding login issues, which were very easy to resolve.
I was very impressed with the support from the Hubilo team, who walked us through every step of the journey and always available for a last-minute call. This was the first time we used the platform so we had a lot of questions throughout, but they made the process very easy and enjoyable. They also allowed us to create a test site, so we could test the panel sessions etc, which was very helpful.
The sign-in process to capture more data and the analytics is also very good.

Translations of the interface in Spanish and Portuguese were really awkward. This has to be done by native speakers, otherwise there will be many inconsistencies and nonsense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is user friendly and intuitive. It is easy to spot the changes you make from the dashboard in the final event. Our Hubilo customer support rep, Deep Patel, works tirelessly alongside us to ensure our events go without a hitch. A few features are inconsistent and can quickly turn your event setup into a mess. It's nothing major, but it does add considerable time to set up to avoid duplicating functions like booths or rooms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
