What do you like best about HST Pathways?

It is user friendly with minimal typing needed by the user. We are a little over a month post go live and staff are doing great after being on paper for years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

I unfortunately came to ASC with only 3 months till go live so I felt that the training was rushed and monitors/ devices were not all working when we went live. Need more than 1 trainer onsite for go live. Dislike that pt engagement does not automatically flow into Echart Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

I like that it is user friendly. I had never used this program before working for SCA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

There are a lot of things that we like about HST. We like that we can customize the eChart side to fit our facility and our needs for each doctor/procedure as needed. It is user friendly and we have been able to call and get customer support help very quickly. I would definitley recommend this software to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

One of the only things that I don't love about HST Pathways is that there isn't an area where you can easily manouver between a patients previous charts. You can search them and look through them that way. It isn't quite as convenient as others I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

There are several positives about these products. The integration between products is good. One of the best parts about HST eChart is the ability to customize your charting experience. Also, the ability for each area to have their own area for charting is a huge plus (ie. preop, intraop, anesthesia). Information that those areas need to see (ie. allergies, vital signs, etc) flow into each section. That way when you are teaching a new person how to use the chart, you just have to teach them their specific area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

HST has different products for different purposes. This can lead to fractured processes and missing information. For example, there is not currently a good preop call tool that the patient can fill their information in before hand. There is a tool in HST CaseCoordination, but this information does not flow into HST eChart. Having a fully capable suite of products that fully integrate with each other would be a huge success, which is what HST is working toward, just not there yet. I think when all of these issues are ironed out, HST will be a premier product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

HST Pathways has helped bring us so far ahead of our old paper charting. There are several things we love about it: The ease of having it web-based so it can be accessed from anywhere, the ability to make real-time changes to the E-chart, and the reports from Practice Management are easy to find and customize to help us make improvements and see deficiencies. We currently have Practice Management, E-charting, Clarity and Patient Engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

It would be helpful if the E-charting patient status connected with the Patient Engagement patient status/family texting. This would save time from needing to click in two different screens to relay the same information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

HST project management was very organized and got us on the right foot from the beginning. Organized and customizable. Open availability to meet for planning and progress reporting. IT/interface team was responsible and held accountable to the timeline. The product is as advertised and as we perfect the workflows, will bring efficiency and accuracy that was lacking. I am hopeful that it will save me a FTE while bringing in more upfront payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

The Practice management software is very user friendly and easy to use. We also use some of their other products, which are wonderful! We are excited to use their EMR as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

The only thing I'd like to see different, is I'd like the patient pre-admission to "talk" to the PM/EMR. It would definitely make things easier. Everything else is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
