1) Now, we have a complete computerized (Biometric) attendance management system. Earlier, we were manually maintaining masters, excel sheets, so there were so many chances of human error.

2) It helps us to maintain employee master with new recruitment and exit management.

3) It can be accessed from any device, whether it is a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

4) Employees can download payslips directly from the website.

As an Employee, I can mark my attendance, apply for leave, can check to leave status and holidays from anywhere, and that is too on my mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I dislike is applying for compensatory leave as it is a bit confusing from the employee's point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Day-to-day attendance regularisation and location tracking are helpful to trace your employees whether they are marking attendance in the office or from some other location.
