What I like best about HRLocker is how it simplifies and centralises key HR processes in a very practical way. The digital signing functionality is particularly valuable, as it allows us to confidently ensure that all employees have received, read and acknowledged important documents such as the employee handbook, without any manual follow-up.
The integration with HireHive is also excellent. It makes managing recruitment far more efficient, especially when dealing with a high volume of applicants. It is easy to collaborate with colleagues, move candidates through each stage of the process, and once a hire is made, transitioning them into HRLocker for onboarding is seamless. Overall, it saves significant administrative time and improves visibility across the entire recruitment and HR lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area where HRLocker could be improved is in the flexibility of its annual leave management. More advanced options, such as automated long service leave increments, easier bulk upload of carryover balances, and clearer handling of days in lieu, would make it more suitable for organisations with more complex policies.
The Reviews module is another area that could be enhanced. At present, the structure and workflow do not fully align with how we manage performance and development internally, so we have not been able to adopt it. Greater flexibility in configuring review cycles, formats, and approval flows would make this feature more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
