**What do you like best about HRdirect Attendance Calendar?**

It allowed us to have the same interface electronically for attendance tracking that the company used through paper documentation.

**What do you dislike about HRdirect Attendance Calendar?**

However, that’s all it really did. It didn’t really allow us to pull reports or any type of useful, comprehensive data.

**What problems is HRdirect Attendance Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is trying to make an effort to become more electronic, and this was one step in that direction.

I like HR direct's attendance calendar because it enables me to see when I am working.

It's very old fashioned and can be improved to be modernized.

Employee tracking. Benefits: easy to use and run reports from.
