Self‑service cut the “where’s my payslip” pings. People grab payslips and letters themselves—exactly why we wanted an HRMS. We share a short link during onboarding, and it sticks. We at McDonald's India - North and East have made HR process compltly Paperless. Mobile Application is accessible to all 7000 employees where they company updates, announcements. Employees have access to their personal and professional information through this App. They check and track their leave, attendance, Promotions Letters, Merit Letter, Medical Insurance Cards and Rewards and recognition points.
