For those who are working for the startup companies, this is a great platform to start for a free version with many features and user-friendly. You can even get certifications for HR professional.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting job positions, shceduling an interview, mark and change the status, employees status, clock in for working hours & attendance, signed the documents, as well as providing the HR certifications for free.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

The free demo of HR Partner. We had this for our company and liked it instantly. It helps to get rid of spreadsheets, which was really a good feature. And oh boy we got a 50% discount on the first 6 months usage. What a great deal to get a good HR system. It does everything you can think about an HRMS system. Even timesheets and expenses as well. Just wow.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Nothing to dislike about HR Partner, they have it all.

What to say it's a great tool with all the required tools for an HRMS system. From expense claims to leave management. You name it HR Partner has it. Try their free demo to get started... I bet you will like it.

I have recently started using HR partner, and I have found it fantastic, it's so easy to use, and the support is fantastic.

Since we are all WFH, it extremely simple to deal with our representatives by means of HR Partner.

Coordination with more work sheets would be abundantly valued and making an application for cell phones as well.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

The leave request feature is made absurdly simple, you can assign different types of leaves to employees and carry over accrued leaves from last year.
Similarly, employees can see the same budget of leaves and accordingly apply, so the vacation application procedure is extremely simple.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Not much is there to dislike; the software does what it's supposed to.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to manage employee leave requests on email; HR Partner makes it super easy.
It also has other features like - Organization structure and other employee information (eg. Name, Phone, time zone, designation dob, employee term) etc.

Plenty of functions are well integrated, from the Recruitment process (posting on Job Boards) to the Employee Portal and the support for the OnBoarding.

The technical support is wonderful to react quickly with precise and effective solutions

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

We miss the Employees Appraisal (which should arrive soon).

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our HR processes are available. In one single portal, we found the solutions we needed.

HR partner system is very user friendly and easy to manage application basically for a  small to medium business organisations where we can actively track all the HR activities.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

There were few features missing like automatically calculating federal holidays that every employees can be given off. But the buisness team for HR partner helped to update the features in no time.

**Recommendations to others considering HR Partner:**

I would highly recommend to go for HR partner application if you want to manage your company Hr tasks in an easy and cheap way.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this application in my previous organization where it was being used for employees record management, new recruitment process, onboarding process, leave request for employees etc.

It's helpful, easy and helps one to keep all the employee related data at one place.
Helps in tracking.

Nothing as of now, works fine for employees, a version for lower Windows can be made.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

Comprehensive features list, ease of use, flexibility to adapt to different business practices. Excellent, responsive support. The recruitment module is really helpful and something that is often out of the financial reach of small businesses, so it's really great to see that included. Also love the e-signature module, allowing HR administration to remain completely online.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Would be great to see a Zapier integration, but otherwise really nothing to dislike.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can deliver a better service to our clients; better GDPR compliance; better ability to devolve responsibility for HR admin to employees / line management. We use it for our own business, as well as for some of our clients.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

The software is user friendly.  You need not be a tech savvy, you can navigate and maximize the features with ease. Content is too close to HR, basic to HR role. Indeed an HR Partner!

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Not dislike, instead a recommendation.  Inasmuch as the features are basic, this serves as a good and solid foundation to develop and expand the  current features.

**Recommendations to others considering HR Partner:**

Complementary to the software which is equally critical is the support service.
The support team is highly reliable and extends a genuine interest to assist.
No lip service, instead an excellent customer service. Truly, an HR Partner!

Efficiency. The program serves as a good connection between HR and the employees. Actions are readily taken even while on a remote arrangement.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

The user interface works in a great way, when you access you can view its options and available tools, it is easy to implement to have control and registration of all employees centrally but very well organized and managed, it is very easy to send reminders, calls to Attention, it has very interesting tools and resources that allow assigning a set of tasks for employees to mark, read, sign, load or view from anywhere and without difficulty of access, that allows us to have a better performance of time and avoid large unnecessary paperwork queues that now conform to much more efficient and consistent digital processes within a more competitive and engaged work area, from an electronic signature to manuals, training materials and forms.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

The implementation and initial configuration time can be more friendly and run in less time, although it is not a failure or a major error in its performance, it is an initial task that can work better to generate greater satisfaction in the user who deploys the digital tool by First time, HR Partner customer service has been absolutely fantastic but can offer much more valuable information than existing information to further engage the community of employees to improve.

Customer service is functional, its dashboard looks great, and it's easy to use; going from long lines of paperwork and manual tasks to digital control of human resource processes means a huge benefit in tasks that don't They make sense to perform manually and are now automated with greater efficiency and a highly valued level of responsibility and security.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a software that does not need weeks to be fully implemented within the company, offering an advanced solution in relation to time and costs for the human resources area with intelligent digital tools for management, planning and control of employees with novel methods. , allows to execute a very detailed employee control, calendar, tasks, documents, vacations, messages and notifications without invasive results that can disturb or create internal inconveniences in the organization.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I appreciate how much time it has saved the whole team and the relief of knowing crucial employee details are collated. With multiple offices, management has access at all times, from anywhere. Our fears over internal liability as well as overall stress has diminished since using HR Partner. 

Ease of use. The interface feels intuitive, everything from the layout, modules and colorization to the ability to upload a spreadsheet of staff information to get things going. 

Employee Satisfaction. The staff have enjoyed the ability to log in, get a real time view of their hours, plan ahead for future vacations, etc. Not only that, they can access and update their files without assistance or delay. 

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Nothing at this point, there is a solid support team in place when I had questions I had thoughtful and prompt responses. In addition to the team, there are tutorials and videos to walk through the set up and send to employees to introduce them to the system. 

**Recommendations to others considering HR Partner:**

If you are thinking about it, just try it. When I signed up they offered a demo as well as a trial so I could get in and look around myself. I cannot recommend enough! 

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented HR Partner in an effort to track holiday and sick leave more efficiently. It turned out to be even better with the electronics tracking, document storage, ability to sign and store documents within, I could create custom fields for shirt size, schedule preferences, dietary needs, etc..

Quite honestly, we are solving problems we didn't realize we had.

People using a different browser have issued, the mobile app is a bit slow a times otherwise its awesome.

It's a simple Hr Tool, love the employee note section, its very handy and saves time.
