It is very user friendly and keeps everything we need in one place. Its pricing is very competitive and the support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Partner?

It doesn't always have all the features - for example when a staff member is reassigned to a new manager, they can't see previous reviews. That's the only thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR Partner?

I find HR Partner's platform easy to understand, especially when it comes to navigating all the metrics. It's good value for money, and I also really like how customizable the performance process is to fit organizational needs. My best experience has been with customer support; they're very nice, responsive, and helpful. They guide you through all kinds of setups if needed. The initial setup was quite easy, and even if you're stuck, the excellent customer support is there to help you sort things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR Partner?

I don't like how sometimes the UI breaks down when working on specific parts. It happens occasionally. I also feel it should have more third-party integrations. The mobile app's functionality is limited compared to the full desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
