**What do you like best about HR-ON?**

We have implemented HR-ON Staff in our company with 60 employees. We have had a close dialogue with HR-ON, where they have assisted us in onboarding and adapting the system to our company and its processes. We find the system intuitive and easy to use, which is something we have prioritized highly. 

In addition to the above, we have found that HR-ON Staff has significantly streamlined our HR processes, saving us time and effort. The system allows us to easily manage employee data, including contracts and evaluate employees. 

Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with HR-ON Staff and believe it is an excellent solution for small and medium-sized businesses looking to streamline their HR processes and improve their workforce management.

**What do you dislike about HR-ON?**

We continuously evaluate our employees. However, I feel the need for an expanded and more user-friendly evaluation system. While we have found a solution for now, I would appreciate it if this could be addressed in the future.

**What do you like best about HR-ON?**

Most features are very intuitive. The employee overview is easy to access and navigate in. HRON is continually developing new features in Staff that are helpful to everyday tasks in a HR-department

**What do you dislike about HR-ON?**

There are some hiccups in the system regarding translation and when some modules are renamed. But it is not a functional issue. The "Process" module could be more intuitive, and lots of the features depend on that you let the employees in to Staff.

**What problems is HR-ON solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overview of all employees, document archive. Especially automatical notifications are very helpful, since they take a manual task and automize it. This releases time and mental workload within HR, Salary and IT, which is very helpful.

HR-ON staff has one of the best user experiences. It gets very difficult to manage all the data and documents and you tend to miss out if you're not keeping regular track, that's what HR-ON Staff did for us.

Nothing yet, it seems like a good software so far. I'm excited to see what updates they bring forth to make things easier. It would be great if it could be faster too.

I do not have to worry about managing data manually when I'm working on HR-ON Staff. The onboarding and all other processes are easier. What's more I'm also able to find all the documents at one place.

HR recruit has made it easy for us to create a structured application process, where both the hiring committee and applicants are handled very conveniently. It has quickly become an absolute must have in our company - and at the same time ensures that we comply with applicable laws on personal data.

HR recruit's employees are very development-oriented, and listen to our wishes and are good at informing us about new features - which we see very often.

Hiring manager and HR gets an easy overview of open positions. High level of GDPR compliance. You can easily invite many candidates simultaneously and let them choose between a predetermined time frame.

If a candidate e.g. searches for all your posted positions, will this not be marked, as in other systems. Or if the candidate is internal.

HR-ON helps us a lot in everyday life, ensuring that all tasks land in the right places and that we always are ready to receive new employees. It has also become very easy to make employment contracts, which save us a lot of time.

Not much. Though it would be nice, if you didn't have to login to two systems, but only login one time.

The system makes it super easy to run a hiring process. You have everything gathered in one place and can easily share notes, evaluations, etc., about candidates with the rest of the hiring committee. Additionally, you don't have to worry much about the practicalities, such as ensuring everyone receives a response for their application and complying with GDPR.

One must have clear agreements with the leaders on how to use the system and its functions. But it is generally very intuitive, so it is easy to introduce them to it.

Especially compliance with GDPR. Now you can safely share with the leaders and ensure that no information is hidden in emails, Excel sheets, or elsewhere.

The HR-ON team is great - takes a lot of initiatives to knowledge sharing with us - the users.
I use Recruitment - it is easy to use for both me as administrator and the applicants as users. And by using the system we are GDPR compliant.

There is nothing I dislike. 
At the time I had to sign up for a "staff system" HR-ON's Staff was in the beginning and due to an upcoming audit  we had to choose another system which had the necessary features.

It is easy to post a vacant position and with HR-ON's Recrutiment we are GDPR compliant when it comes to handling the applications we receive. It is easy to share the applications with the recruitment committee. And most of all it saves us a lot of time administratively.

At SFS, we use both HR-ON Staff and HR-ON Recruit. We have been through several different HR and recruitment systems before we found HR-ON and are without a doubt the best product we have tried. It is flexible so that it can be adapted to the needs of the company. The design also makes it easy to use for everyone. Great user experience!

**What do you dislike about HR-ON?**

It has some small bugs once in a while but the customer support is top notch. They take the issues seriously and get them fixed as soon as possible.

As we are constantly recruiting and moving employees across borders in Europe, HR-ON solves a lot of problems keeping track of employees and making sure they get through the onboarding process and gets a good start on the job.

The userfriendly  system, the way HR-ON always is open for costommade solutions and in general the costumer service.

I will definitely recommend HR-ON. The userfriendly setup makes it easy to implement in the organization and I have experienced a competent team at HR-ON support when ever a problem has accured. 
in our company we use both the system for customers and candidates. It is a great advantage that we can use the same system to work in.

I had som problems with the candidatelogin, but that was solved by one of the software developer at HR-ON. 
I had som problems with a double login account and that was partly solved but still in progress.

We have for more than 5 years enjoyed using the HR-ON system. 

It's not only super user friendly seen form a HR perspective. Most importantly our managers love the system. HR-ON is easy for them to use and includes the features they need to proceed fast to their next task.

For HR administration HR-ON plays an increasing more important role also because of continious development, and HR-ON webinars sharing valuable insights and guides.

I have no specific input. The only problem I've had is the auto-reporting at 4 monrning. This have now been solved (turned off).

We have used HR-ON Recruit for several years and it is a great system.  HR-ON is easy to use, ensures GDPR and has a very helpful support team.  HR-ON is open-minded to our needs and developing continiously.

By only a few clicks we have improved our handling of job applicants. GDPR is no longer a worry for us, as everything is taken care of in HR-ON

I don't dislike anything but the fact that Covid-19 took our focus from everything.

HR-ON is very user-friendly and intuitive. New smart features are constantly released and you can always call for support. HR-ON systematizes the HR processes, ensures GDPR and helps to ensure that our candidates get a professional experience when they apply for a job with us.

We have been happy with HR-ON because it is a simple system that we think suits us well. There may be larger companies that need a larger set-up, but I know HR-ON is in the process of developing this.

I can always call support and within a split second my problems are solved. HR-ON employees are competent, and if I should get in contact with a new employee, they are very well onboarded and will send your request to an experienced colleque and get back with an answer and solution in no time.

The very easy way to operate in the system. All our employees can easily use the system without having major troubles which can delay their work. Also the ongoing development of new features is very nice. HR-ON listen to their clients needs.

The software is very intuitively to use.
The company is very open minded for developmental projects, and very serviceminded when it comes to support.

I use it for recruitment processes as well as onboarding and handling of educational programmes

**What do you like best about HR-ON?**

The system offers a lot of flexibility and the support can help fix most issues.  The overview are good and the processes easy to navigate. 
The possibility to create hiring board (teams who can work together for a hiring processes) is great.
In Sanovo Technology Japan we used the platform as a subsidiary being a part of a larger organized and the internal onboarding was smooth and due to intuitive interface we could start using the solution from day one.

**What do you dislike about HR-ON?**

The Interface is a bit old fashioned but there is announced an update.

New staff Management looks impressive too.

We save a lot of time and have a structure collaborative hiring process..

HR- ON listen to our needs and ready to help every minute. 

The system is very easy to use. 

HR -ON is very open-minded and ready to develop what we need, and very service-minded - especially when it comes to support team.

I like It all. 
But it would be nice, if you could be a recruiter for 2 different companies, with the same login. :-)
