HRCloud's Recruit has really helped us be more efficient in our screening. With hundreds of applications per position, their "knock-out" questions for applicants helps automatically sift non-qualified applicants and help us focus on the qualified candidates.

Using SMS automations within the system, we've been able to have interview invites be sent via Text, allowing us to be one of the first in each candidate's inboxes, helping our conversion drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish interview scheduling was built in. Right now, we have to use a separate scheduling/calendar subscription in order to send candidates invites.

I LOVE HR CLOUD! Lea our fantastic Account Manager, took time to ensure our account was set up perfectly. The reason that we purchased HR Cloud was that we have been desperately looking for a system to provide a company-wide PTO Calendar view for so long now. HR Cloud is literally one of the only systems out there that could accommodate our needs. What I liked best about the actual implementation was the level of customer service and overall customer experience that we were provided by our account representative (Lea). She was extremely prompt, professional, and thorough with every step along the way including misunderstandings / hiccups that can occur with a new system roll-out. She made the experience wonderful and positive, it was truly a pleasure to work with her and we would not have had the same experience without her. She is very good at what she does and works seemingly around the clock to provide us with the amazing customer experience that we had. I felt like she really cared about the overall success of the implementation and was part of our team. She answered all of our questions, was quick to jump on meetings, provided us access to documents and user guides, took product requests, and even created documentation to help us along the way. A lot of what we disliked was modified by the development team. I really don't have much to say here. The product is customizable and the development team actually takes customer requests and delivers - which can be rare to come across these days. If I had to pick one thing - it would be the verbiage / visibility of the "Balances" page that can be a little confusing for the end-user. We had a lot of internal questions about this view from employees, it's not the most intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It makes onboarding and staff maintenance so much easier and helps provide date reminders and customizable storage options. I love that the paperwork can be digitized to eliminate the printing, scanning and emailing of things back and forth. Our HR Clour representative, Lea, is INCREDIBLE. She is so quick to respond and always thoroughly answers my questions. She is efficient and provides a great "voice of reason" behind setting options that best fit our company. Nothing that I do not like specifically. There are a few reports that I would like to be able to pull that are not available.
