Some of the items that I love best about the HR Cloud is that the customer service is top notch and they will help you with any task that you might have. When I email my representative, Lea, she is very quick to respond and will take the time to complete any task or answer any question that I might have with professionalism and great skill. They make it easy to set up a task list or to add in different new tasks to a list once it is set up. Overall great program and business to work with for all of your HR Onboarding needs! One of the least helpful things that I can see when working through the HR Cloud is the lack of the ability to delete any employees straight from the HR Cloud. You have to send over an email to your representative and give them a list with the names and employee numbers of those employees you want to get rid of if they stop completing their onboarding tasks and go M.I.A. While the representative will do this with great ease and professionalism, I think it would be much more easier and streamlined if a user can get this task done themselves. For responsibilities such as seeking leave and maintaining attendance, the programme is simple to use. It's user-friendly, addresses HR requirements. You may assess your own performance, and it delivers useful reminders to keep you up to date. It's also reasonably priced and well worth the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program is very user friendly. We have employees that don't use the internet that easily can use this program. They can quickly see how much time they have available and request time off with the click of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The company calendar has an area where you can see everyone that has requested time off in the weekly view. If more than a few people have requested time off the program lumps the requests together and you will need to click the "Time Offs" link in order to see them. HR Cloud is very customizable to your particular business needs. Nearly everything I have asked for, the team has been able to accomplish for me. Workmates allows us to connect with our workforce in an accessible way. We primarily use Workmates for important company announcements and encourage employee to download the app for easy access! It's great how they can get notifications for these updates and can react and comment on each post. It has been a great tool for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not many drawbacks, however, as most of our team use Workmates via app, it would be great to see some more customisation on the app, potentially with the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is totally customizable, and unlike many of the alternatives, it allows you to create and assign onboarding tasks for your HR team. Most systems allow you to create tasks for the new hire, but how do you ensure your own procedures have been followed? For me, new employees need to be entered into our scheduling system; credentials need to be verified, and background checks must be run--in HRCloud, you create these types of tasks as part of the onboarding checklist and assign them to your HR team, not the new employee. There are quite a lot of menus to navigate/clicks involved in getting to where you want to go on the system. UI could be a little friendlier to use and lthe platform less module based, with more included as standard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
