I find that the support you receive with this system is excellent. If you need help, the team is on it. When there are things you would like to see in the system, or different functionalities that would better serve your organization, the HR Cloud team listens and works with you to best address the need. The HR Cloud Onboarding dashboard is easy to self customise and by this it can be quickly adopted to the needs of your organisation. It contains a powerful collection of attributes which makes it very handy to define responsibilities, assign tasks, set up due dates and create notifications. My only criticism would be that workmates needs to allow for spacing between paragraphs on posts. When I press enter, it only places my text on the next line instead of leaving a space in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The task function is extremely useful. You can assign tasks to current or future employees for completing required material. And the material is automatically uploaded to their HR profile, so it keeps all the important information in one place. I also love the Workmates function. I wish that the applicant tracking system allowed you to filter by location. The ATS system is useful, but could use some general work to compete with other ATS systems out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I currently use Onboard and People (their HRIS) and I recently demo'd their other products (Recruit, which is their applicant tracking system) and every time I have a new need they seem to have a pre-built tool for it (including integrations, I use their Quickbooks integration).
