What do you like best about HPE Proliant ML?

iLO + Insight Online gives you excellent tracking of hardware issues. iLO GUI is friendly and easy to understand. After connecting it to Insight Online you will be notified of any hardware faults. A support ticket is opened automatically, and HPE contacts you before you notice it yourself.

HPE SPP - HPE server update pack - very big download, but when you run it all drivers and software packages are installed automatically. No need to rummage the DL page to find the right driver or software version. Works every time, never failed me, including BIOS (RBSU)/Firmware updates.

Smart Storage Administrator - Simple to use, easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HPE Proliant ML?

Intelligent Provisioning issues - Installation media is not recognized. We purchase HPE ROK win server media, many times the Intelligent Provisioning cannot load it. I've had to connect an external DVD drive or create a USB media for direct installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HPE Proliant ML:

I've had experience with other server lines from different manufacturers that were much more cumbersome. In case of errors or BSOD there was much time wasted on figuring out the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HPE Proliant ML solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy to monitor server health issues and support tickets with iLO + Insight Online.

If any hardware issues arise the interface is very clear and easy to locate the faults. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
