You can just get straight into it, don't really need to "learn" how to use it. Capturing from your demo environment with the chrome extension is really easy. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** My biggest 'want' was for a non-linear demo so prospects could jump around more realistically like a demo environment, but they just released the sandboxes product which apparently does this, so I'm keen to test that out. I wish there was a way to delete multiple steps at once instead of one by one. **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is very data based, and if clients don't have a dataset to upload, they don't really know what to do in our sandbox (and we have to manually create sandboxes for them), so we created a bunch of demo datasets and used them to populate howdygo demos, so now the prospects just have to select a use case from our list of demos and then they see exactly how we process the data and how we do it better than others. ### 3. I can record our entire website flow and then edit it down in HowdyGo. What I love is the editing tools in HowdyGo make it easy to remove, change, or edit parts of a page. They also continue to add new features so it is always getting better! Our company uses HowdyGo ever day with presentations or sharing our demos with partners. These demos have text that HowdyGo allows you to add which walk the user through our website. It has been so easy to use for our sales calls or add to our after-call emails with links to our interactive HowdyGo demos for our potential partners. Customer support is also fantastic! The HowdyGo reps requently have reached out to ask about our experience. More importantly - I requested a feature that was implemented within a few weeks. I was amazed at their response to my feedback and how quickly they took action. That new feature (being able to delete elements) has made our demos so much better than before! Overall, I can't see us engaging with new partners or sales teams as effectively without using HowdyGo. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** Sometimes it will not record the loading screens on our webpages. This has helped us showcase our product to clients without any signup friction. It has also allowed us to stop free trials and put this in place of the trial. It's as close to the real deal as possible. Great customer support! **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** There's not much. Could have some push notifications to keep me in the loop around who has viewed the demos. The team though is very supportive so if there is something I don't like then they are attentive to this. **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping potential clients see inside the product without needing to demo it in person or give them access to a free trial account. **Official Response from Tom Bruining:** > Hi Julian, Thanks so much for your kind words. Really takes them that extra step up. Daniel, Tom & Umberto are not just solution providers, they are extra members of my GTM team that help us strategise, enable best practices and continue to push us to innovate how we can showcase our solutions better. The AI generation, custom branding and analytics are crucial to us. I love the integrations and workflows as it makes my life so much easier. Whatever your needs, I am confident the team can sort it out for you. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** No dislikes from me. The product is great, we are scaling up our investment and creation of them in 2024. Not to mention the team at HowdyGo have been incredible every step of the way, sending through ideas of best practice, following up on features that have been released off the back of feedback etc. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** Nothing currently. Any time we have given (minor) feedback in the past it has been addressed quickly! **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing our customers to 'try before they buy'. Although we already have a freemium product, there can still sometimes be hesitation before they want to click purchase, so having an interactive demo up on the landing page can get them that little bit further. ### 24. This was important for us. They're whipsmart and building a great interactive demo product, but they're also genuinely supportive and great to work with. They're thoughtfully building and go above and beyond to make sure users have all the tools they need. Starting with interactive demos can be daunting, but they've made it simple. We've easily integrated tools like Hubspot, we have clear reporting and attribution so we can track impact on things like conversion rates, and setting up/testing demos has been seamless. Demos are becoming an essential tool for the go to market team. - Marketing use them for product-led growth, positioning, and nurture. - Sales use them throughout the prospect and opportunity journey. - Product use them to show internal teams features we're launching. And it works. We have clear attribution and have been able to track results—and demos are having tangible impact for us. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** Nothing! The team is small but mighty! Anything we've needed has been swiftly considered and the team is quick to implement changes, updates, and improvements. **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Product-led growth - HowdyGo lets us remove the barriers to entry so people can see the product and click around on their own time. 2. Attribution/tracking - The bane of marketing for so many marketing leaders. We've been able to set up HowdyGo demos to clearly track things like demo engagement and impact on website conversion rates for signups. (Honestly, demos bleed into a lot of areas of GTM strategy, and have let us level up in a few areas now) ### 25. Since implementing it, we have had an uplift in leads. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** I can't say there are any downsides really. **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** People were previously unable to see what our platform actually looked like unless they signed up (which has friction). This we suspected impacted quality of leads and number of leads. Now they can easily see key parts ot it. ### 26. You don't want to throw your entire product at a buyer all at once. We suggested some enhacements that were actioned far faster than we expected. **What do you dislike about HowdyGo?** So far, we have xperienced nothing that we can call a 'dislike'. We have zero 'buyers remorse'. **What problems is HowdyGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the product for Product Tour, Product Demos and edetailed Training Demos. All of those required either manual documentation + manual screen shots or labor-intensive videos.
