There are so many things that they do wrong.
Photos: take forever to upload on jobs; they can't be uploaded in the background, causing the whole screen and app to be locked until they're finished.
Customer Profiles (app): for some reason, you can't copy and paste any information on a customer profile. Examples: can't copy and paste a customers' phone number. Can't copy a customer address to put into a navigation app (for some reason when waze is selected as the navigation app, it doesn't send the correct address to waze, so i have to manually type in the address each time i want to go to a customers address).
Calendar: A lot of our jobs occur overnight, and the calendar is not suited for this. The entirety of the screen is blocked by these jobs and we can't see the rest of the schedule, making the calendar unusable. We've brought it up to support multiple times and the only "solutions" they have are to use a google or ical calendar in place of it or to create segments for each job, adding more work and confusions for our techs and customers. It's been well over a year since we originally brought it up and they still don't have any other solution, nor do they have any plans to fix it. For a platform that costs thousands of dollars a year, and a main feature is scheduling and the calendar isn't usable, you would think they would work to provide a real solution.

They had everything a company normal had to pay separate for. It was an all in one CRM and made our company work more efficiently than it ever did. It even works with quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it's an all in 1 system for our growing company. From scheduling, to invoices, estimates, credit card swiping, quick books compatible and easy to use and dispatch along with saving all customer info and all communications between employees to employees and to customer. My invoicing, scheduling, payment notes, calendar, notifications are all tied together and make the beginning to the end of a job fluid. Before I was doing EVERYTHING manually and now I can hold myself accountable for pricing and calculating on the fly and also with the app as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that you can't just delete a user that is added. I also don't like that when taking payment via HCP it takes from the amount of money being received instead of charging you a separate fee that you can claim at the end of the year. An example is if you charge someone $100 for whatever, they will process the transaction and take $3 [random number I can't remember exact percentage], so your business account only gets $97 when you charged $100. That screws up your bookkeeping because then you have to account for what you charged/received and make sure everything is tallied even though the numbers don't match. I use Intuit GoPayment for my card transactions to get around this "dislike". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
