What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

Ease of use. Very user friendly for scheduling, dispatch, receiving payments, and sending proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hard to get a live person on the phone for support but the live chat is pretty responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

Housecall Pro is constantly updating the software for better ease of use. They actually take customers' feedback into consideration. many other programs integrate pretty seamlessly with HCP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

a great software that can help any business, their business tactics and deceptive practices are in question though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sales team is trained to push and shove you into a corner and charge you whatever and as much as they can. when it comes to cancellations they do whatever is best within their favor and not the users. THEY SAY THEY CARE ABOUT SMALL BUISNESS BUT THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THEIR POCKETS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

The platform is intuitive, the technical support is beneficial and competent, and this CRM added value on several levels. I love the part where customers can leave a review after each job is done, which is forwarded to Facebook and the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

This platform would be better if it also partnered with Nextdoor, an app widely used in cleaning services that can capture new customers, such as handyman, plumbers and others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
