There a a ton of useful features! I love the Intake forms! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

The only downside I have found is that I can't color code Jobs, only Employees or Areas. If I had that capability, it would get 10 stars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I'm a one man show and housecall pro makes it incredibly easy to keep track of invoices, send estimates, keep track of customer info and history. Can't recommend it enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

Compared to other programs, it's extremely user-friendly. If you get stumped, you can reach out via the blue bubble, or there are plenty of tutorials to walk you through with step-by-step instructions. Most tutorials have photos, so you know what you're looking for and how to implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

The only downside I have found in using Housecall Pro is their phone app. When assigning a technician, it will send a message to the customer saying I'm the technician rather than the technician I gave the call to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the review here! Glad Housecall pro is easy to use for you! You can actually adjust the messaging in the settings page to alter what the customer will receive. The initial message will include the tech who was assigned to the job when it was first created, but the customer will get an updated message if it changes. What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I like that HCP has many available integrations and an open API. This is useful since the program lacks some features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

Great customer service. I also find the software very easy to use for my office staff and my employees in the field. Of course, we have some growing pains as we have been with software company for several years now, But they have always been great about getting any problem we have corrected with in a timely manor. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

So the problems I have had would be with the Maintenance program feature which is a bit clumsy at the time but have grown leaps and bounds from when the maintenance side started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
