in the House-on-the-Hill Service desk, the templates are not user friendly and the resolution of tickets queries needs to be automated and the user interface of the mobile application must be updated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Give Customers & Analysts a Clear View the first problem is ticket management Request Fulfilment Streamlined Request Management Problem Management Control the Problem Process Change Management.
