What do you like best about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

We have recently started using the upgraded version of Hotjar and it is amazing. Very easy to implement and use.

The recordings are very helpful in figuring out what the user experience looks like. I most love the heatmaps as they help us improve our copywriting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

I don't understand how Hotjar prioritizes the recordings- Like which session to record or not. We faced many issues in the free version as the recorded sessions were always irrelevant or from countries we don't target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hotjar by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

If there are any broken links on the website or some UI/UX issues, we are able to catch them in no time using Hotjar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
