What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

Although they promised to give you a €50 Amazon voucher if you share your experience they did not keep their promise. They gave a ridiculous reason as to why the experience I shared was not enough for them. However, every experience is an experience, if you can't use it for advertising, that's not my problem. The fact that they did such frauds for €50. I thinl it shows their amateurism.

However, I should say that this product looks promising in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
