You can monitor your clients every actions for your product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although they promised to give you a €50 Amazon voucher if you share your experience they did not keep their promise. They gave a ridiculous reason as to why the experience I shared was not enough for them. However, every experience is an experience, if you can't use it for advertising, that's not my problem. The fact that they did such frauds for €50. I thinl it shows their amateurism.
However, I should say that this product looks promising in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. I'm happy with the tool, and the freemium option is nice for small startups like Vizologi https://vizologi.com/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hotjat can track visitors data on where they come from, which landing page they land on, and what their actions are on the landing page once they arrive. I can visualize the navigation of incoming website visits. This way I can know if my landing page is helpful to users coming to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hotjar has limited options compared to other marketing and analytics tools. Its price is a bit high. In my opinion they can give data to 3000 users for $171 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't understand how Hotjar prioritizes the recordings- Like which session to record or not. We faced many issues in the free version as the recorded sessions were always irrelevant or from countries we don't target. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The heatmaps are just fantastic! Imagine having the ability to see your website through your users' eyes, understanding their clicks, scrolls, and movements. This is what Hotjar's heatmaps offer. It's almost like being able to read minds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
