What do you like best about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

The user engagement tracking is pretty cool. The fact that every mouse clicks and hovering can be tracked. We use hotjar for most of our clients. It helps us to understand where the users are spending more time, what can be done to improve the users interaction and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

It does take a toll on the website's performance. I have noticed that the website loading speed is affected after we installed the tracking code. Its a bit heavy compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hotjar by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me in identifying the exact user engagement. The heatmap helps us in analysing were the users are hovering their mouse and what can be done to improve the overall user experience in the respective websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
