What do you like best about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

I like the easiness of the dashboard and the tools you can use to track your website UX: the heatmaps, the recordings and funnels analysis.

Surveys and the feedback module are also very useful to test your website UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

I don't dislike anything in particular. I would have appreciated to take advantage of a longer trial period in order to test better the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hotjar by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hotjar is solving the need to track and monitor new UX pathes as soon they've been published Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
