What do you like best about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

The simplicity, period. This platform is extremely easy to implement so you can start analyzing how users are interacting with you website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotjar by Contentsquare?

My only complaint is that I sometimes get lost in the filtering options and cannot reveal old website recording in order to clear them out to make room for new ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hotjar by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially started using HotJar to see which sections of our site content was getting the most engagement. It has certainly proved useful for that but we also found a variety of bonus capabilities like user polling and form fill progress tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
