i like it because is very smart, easy to use, and is perfect tool to be known by potential customers. 
i enjoyed it and i like very much stats

maybe it's too cumbersome, i would to use a more user friendly app

**What do you like best about Hotel Reputation Management?**

It becomes nearly impossible to monitor the dozens of booking and review sites! Busy hotel managers don't have the hours it takes to log into and check all the sites. ReviewPro does that for you, with an easy to review dashboard. They aggregate over 150 OTAs and review sites and show how you compare to others in your region and category. They also have an app!!!

**What do you dislike about Hotel Reputation Management?**

Almost too generic, and the in-depth information provided is somewhat arbitrary. Takes a bit of work to get the tickering system tailored to what you want.

Use the trial before committed to ensure the features are right for you and your hotel needs.

Increasing review scores means an increase in RevPAR.. this software is gold! (The management team is still utilizing this software following my recommendation)

**What do you like best about Hotel Reputation Management?**

I recomend this solution to some of my clients which are hotels. I thinks it´s a great tool for the hotels to know what they are doing good and what they are doing wrong. 

**What do you dislike about Hotel Reputation Management?**

I think they don´t have an actual office in my country. Maybe if they do, the could have more presence in this market.

All I can say is that every client of mine that decided to acquire the product, they all ended up satisfied with it.

I am not the user of the software. I´m a marketing consultant.
