Busy hotel managers don't have the hours it takes to log into and check all the sites. ReviewPro does that for you, with an easy to review dashboard. They aggregate over 150 OTAs and review sites and show how you compare to others in your region and category. They also have an app!!! **What do you dislike about Hotel Reputation Management?** Almost too generic, and the in-depth information provided is somewhat arbitrary. Takes a bit of work to get the tickering system tailored to what you want. **Recommendations to others considering Hotel Reputation Management:** Use the trial before committed to ensure the features are right for you and your hotel needs. **What problems is Hotel Reputation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing review scores means an increase in RevPAR.. this software is gold! I thinks it´s a great tool for the hotels to know what they are doing good and what they are doing wrong. **What do you dislike about Hotel Reputation Management?** I think they don´t have an actual office in my country.
