**What do you like best about Hostaway?**

Compared Hostaway to a couple other PMS providers and theirs was the easiest to navigate and use. Pricing structure was simpler than the rest. 

Onboarding was a great experience. My onboarding specialist, Michael Herzfeld, did a fabulous job. He really took the time to make sure we went through all the important features and tools of the platform. 

Not to mention, he was a really nice guy and easy to talk to. Made the set easy and fun.

Nothing so far. Everything has been easy to setup and use.

Makes it easier to manage all my properties across multiple platforms.

I liked most the ease of use and the direct booking engine. Bryann Miranda provided an excellent training program.

The calendar page layout, in my opinion, could be better.

**What do you like best about Hostaway?**

All the tools have great features but this is on another level.  The best part is that they actual do customer onboarding.  The other tools will not work right if you don't get help and hostaway makes sure that your setup for success.  I tried another product and had to ditch it becuase I couldn't get it setup correctly and it was creating a lot more issues with my properities than it was fixing.  Now I have everything setup and automated and I don't much at all.

**What do you dislike about Hostaway?**

Nothing, it takes time to learn but its becuase its super feature rich.

**What problems is Hostaway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have my customer communications completely automated.  I have a consistant pricing model across all three channels I'm on - VRBO, Booking.com and AirBNB.  I have a way of collecting direct payments.  I have my own website which looks like the VRBO site.  I could go on and on but if you have more than one property or more than one channel your managing even that one property on, you need the Hostaway software.

Coordination of pricing and calendars. Intuitive interface for management of complicated coordination. My onboarding specialist  Mateo Famoso was Very knowledgeable , patient and thorough.

Hostaway is easy to use, its customer support is always very reactive, especially Billy has been of great help solving an unpleasant issue created by a guest cancelling a reservation. He was very quick and efficient.

Nothing, it is very easy to use. I wish it could transfer data also to booking.com so I would not have to do it manually.

The experience i have had with my onboarding agent, Melania has been incredible. The director Josh put me in touch with her and ever since my experience has been seemless. i cannot fault hte cusomter support. 

The integration and system is quite complex for good reasons it enables you to do so much.

The booking engine integration onto the system could do with different options. the stand alone calendar tool should look better and function better on the website and cross out dates that are unavailable,

The one thing that's least helpful about Hostaway is the inability to do the same functions on the desktop that I can on the app. Aside from that it's an awesome platform.

Supe simple to transition from other channels like Guesty, I like that they have the ability to automate messages per listing which is a feature that was stripped from my previous account upgrade from Guesty. Great support, and onboarding was a breeze!

I just finished my onboarding with Hostaway and I could not be more pleased. Yubelkiz is the best support agent I could have ever asked for! She was there for me through the entire process with any questions I had and I couldnt have done it without her. Having that onboarding support made Hostaway an amazing choice for me!

The process of learning the software can be overwhelming but because Yubelkiz was so helpful, I was able to better understand everything!

Hostaway has made our jobs so much easier and organized as a business. We are able to scale faster while keeping all operations in one system. It helps with communications for our staff, and to keep our finances in order. Ace has been very helpful with this process.

There are extra fees for accessing the doorcode automation. The "TT Lock" we were told it would work with our houses, however it is only for a specific door lock which we do not have.

Onboarding was grat and a very smooth process; Fatih was a great help in getting us set up quickly and smoothly!

Getting passed around by customer service.

I had a Direct reservation and the payouts were not showing up on the owners statement. It took about six phone calls and eight days. I was getting pretty frustrated at being passed around. Ryan was the first guy that recognize the issue and work through it with me immediately. As a manager, that is exactly what I look for in a leader... Take matters into your own hands and help fix the problem.

Integration is good. everything else is not helpful. Airbnb has most of the function itself.

Easy to integrate different OTAs and the Dynamic pricing is a wonderful feature that gives us access to up-to-date fees on the market. The onboarding was smooth as Fatih (our onboarding specialist) was very helpful and we can always ask him anytime.

Your FAQ guides are helpful but some information need to be updated/improved.

**What do you like best about Hostaway?**

It is a great all-in-one solution. This is far better than our old platforms, Hospitable and Lodgify. Pretty easy to navigate, but there is lots of room for improvement. The calendar is excellent. The inbox is excellent. Farshad was very helpful with setting us up, even weeks after going live. I can honestly count on him more than contacting support directly. I am pretty happy with the mobile app. Again, there is lots of room for improvement there too. I LOVE how fast HostAway is.

**What do you dislike about Hostaway?**

Support has been a hit or miss (excluding Farshad). A couple tickets of mine have dragged on for weeks, then loosing the window of opportunity to make changes to a desired reservation (such as adding a pet fee). 

The platform can be improved with user friendliness. For example, adding a pet to the reservation and having the price update should happen automatically, without doing added work with adjusting the total price, etc. More info on the reservation could be included in the guest description within the Inbox page. 

The onboarding process was easy with Farshad, but honestly I was expecting much less legwork because we paid for onboarding. A checklist would have been awesome. It was a disappointment seeing that past reservation data was not transferred over. I spend close to 14 hours gathering data from VRBO to import to Hostaway. This is all while managing 79 other college rentals, talk about stress! I am still not completed with this import process. And who's to say it's accurate?

Overall Hostaway makes managing reservations, adding and adjusting listings, and integrating software platforms so easy.
Specifically, Yen in support fixed my difficulties with the Booking Engine website very quickly.

There are a lot of items in the menu, and it could use a bit of reorganization or beautification.

I loved the experience with my onboarding specialist, Farshad Rajabpour,  who made the software integration and its applications possible for me. In principle, the approach Hostaway has with their new clients can only be made successful with knowledgable, patient, and capable people like Farshad. Poeple like Farshad make Hostaway accessible to businesses like mine and are the true assets enabling a seamless experience and  interface for Hostaway clients. This experience, coupled with the ease of use, ability to automate, and bandwidth and speed that hostaway adds to managment of short term properties has made it a household name for me and my business.

So far there is nothing bad I can say about Hostaway.

Easy to use.  I like all the channels that it broadcasts to and the individual website it created for our rental.

**What do you dislike about Hostaway?**

The only thing that would be nice to have is the ability to custom send available amenities to individual guests as not all of our amenities are available all the time.

all in one channel manager and PMs system makes the operation back end much easier. Onboarding process with Fatih who has made the whole experience exciting and educational.

The power of the platform to manage every aspect of my short-term rental business absolutely sets it apart from the competition. I've tried to others and can't imagine using any other platform than Hostaway now. The setup was simple, support was amazing, in short I'm incredibly pleased.

Nothing... the platform crushes the competition.

Integrations with other platforms has improved but it is still not as great as it can be. If you are not used to a managing platform it can be overwhelming.

Hostaway is a bit pricey for only having a single listing at this time. I have listings coming in the future, but felt it was important to get this up and running since were on many different channels.

Bryann was extremely helpful in assisting me during Hostaway onboarding. The platform is built for hosts of all sizes, with all the integrations and features you would expect from a professional channel manager solution. The interface is intuitive and makes using it daily very enjoyable!

There are a lot of options, but onboarding helps you sort through the noise and get you up and running quickly with what you need.

Hostaway provides access to all the important channels to market and expose my short term rental property!

**What do you like best about Hostaway?**

It's great to have a support team to help with channel management needs and Billy did an amazing job in helping me with multiple requests when trying to connect new listings to VRBO and Booking.com.  I also love the rental agreement functions, check-in forms, and automated messaging interface.

**What do you dislike about Hostaway?**

The only disadvantage is that the pricing is high and the additional services for remote locks and dynamic pricing can add up quickly.

Hostaway is consistently seeking to improve the user experience by offering new services.

They do not listen at all (at least with me) about ny concerns with the website (horrible ans unacceptable  translations). Customer service takes to long to answer and you have too many representatives dealing with the same issue and you have to repeat again and again what the problem iswhich turns this very annoying. 
Nonone speaks your native language.

Customer service after the onboarding. total disaster and never gor a reoply from all the meails I sent to the sales and VP dept.

**What do you like best about Hostaway?**

Host away is a great platform for short term rental property management. It has very useful features and most important for me is the financial reporting. You can customize the fields extensively, which is one of the reasons I switched over from Hospitable. I have to give Andrew, one of the executive support staff a 10 star rating. He has been very generous with his time, and each time I've reached out he has assisted me  and has been very gracious with extending the calls beyond our time frame. Excellent customer service is hard to come by in the service industry and I give them  thumbs up!!

There was a learning curve as with all platforms, it takes some time to really understand the system.

I dislike how hard it is to schedule a call, but it seems to me that you are improving and adding service providers.

I needed to move from another platform that was not as robust. It was Guesty For Hosts. There were lots of glitches you seem to have a glitch free program that solves all my needs.
