With multiple HOSTS with same VM name [ ie CpanelA / CpancelB or multiple hosts.. sorry I did not name them ] in the "offsite backup server" operation list, add the HOST name please as well. Altaro Backup for VM's is a rockstar when getting your clients back online after a major disaster. We had a client whose building had burnt to the ground, we were able to use the "Boot from backup" function to have them back online within 3hrs. We love Altaro as our backup software but the one flaw I have run into a few times over the years is if your backup database gets corrupt tech support will advise you to start from scratch. I normally have servers that don't contain changing data set to 2-week retention and data servers for 1 year or longer if needed. I use multiple Altaro services and I especially like seeing them all in one dashboard. The VM backup configures quickly, works well, easy to do test restores, and the reporting and notifications keep me informed. Solid, dependable product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really have not found anything to dislike. There are occasional failures to back up but self-healing. I get immediate notification and so far each failure has been on the VM host end, nothing to do with Altaro. So I am satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
