What do you like best about Hornbill Service Manager?

It's ability to enable us as Service Management to push the envelope of what we are trying to achieve, by empowering us within Service Management to drive the new capabilities forward, without the need of our own technical team to help perform the technical side of what we are trying to achieve. What do you dislike about Hornbill Service Manager?

My only gripe has come from the search capability in the customer portal, however it seems like this will be addressed in the new employee portal as we move away from the My Services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hornbill Service Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better Reporting capabilities, the ability to schedule these reports to auto run and upload into document manager, is a real boon. Something we've never had the ability to do before. Nothing major, there are a couple of quirks of the system that I would prefer to change - their is a simple mechanism to request changes though adna 90 day roadmap so you can see when thigs you want are coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We worked with Hornbill on implementing processes for Hardware Requests, Mobile Phones requests as well as a New Starter process. Hornbill implemented the workflow processes inline with our requirements. The processes have increased efficiency and productivity, we are no longer fire fighting with chasing up queries I cand new starters equipment is ready and waiting for when they commence employment.
