**What do you like best about Hoplon InfoSec?**

**What do you dislike about Hoplon InfoSec?**

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Hoplon InfoSec. My main issue is that they terminated the project without any prior intimation, which was unprofessional and disruptive. Additionally, they outsourced the work, resulting in output that did not meet my requirements, thereby wasting my money. I feel that they lack professionalism and basic knowledge in cybersecurity, which was evident in their failure to complete my website penetration testing task effectively. Hoplon InfoSec's approach has been frustrating, and I perceive them as dishonest in their service offerings.

**What do you like best about Hoplon InfoSec?**

I'm saying exactly what they told Cybersecurity is a necessity and it should be affordable. They provide services according to customer's need and budget.

**What do you dislike about Hoplon InfoSec?**

I didn't exactly dislike anything about them. There're some areas where they can improve. For example: advertising more; we didn't know about them and were about to spend much more money. One more improvement they can make is more social media engagement.

**What problems is Hoplon InfoSec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased mobile security and end-point security from Hoplon. In short, one of our employees clicked a link he received by email. That affected his work laptop significantly. After a long assessment and consultation, we decided to purchase mobile security and end-point security. Their services made our end-points (desktop, laptop, tab, etc.) and email devices safe from cyberattacks.
