I like how Hone helps me understand how to be a better leader and provides actionable ways to implement leadership skills. The conflict management and reacting positively to change have been really helpful. I also appreciate referencing the guide during trainings, and I find going through personal examples from the instructor and peers valuable. Recently, I took a small training class without break out rooms, and I liked that a lot because it was great to hear from everyone instead of just getting one person's experience on the topic. I use Hone to refine and create leadership skills necessary to become an efficient and effective manager. I appreciate being able to use lessons from class, like identifying microaggressions, which has helped in everyday situations, allowing me to see more real-life examples. I enjoy the diversity of professors, as it's much more efficient to learn from a wide array of people than to have the same professor every time. I really like Hone for helping our company improve communication with our peers and being more open-minded.
