I like how Hone teaches a framework and then asks you to do practical exercises, followed by reflecting on what you learned and how you applied the lesson. It's a very hands-on approach that connects practical experience with theoretical knowledge. I really like the personalized approach, the instructor knew all of our names, and it felt like a back-and-forth conversation. I would encourage Hone to continue seeking empathetic instructors with lots of experience who truly understand what it's like to be both an employee and a manager in a large, complex organization. The time to discuss with peers in the breakout rooms was too short and sometimes you didn't have time to cover all of your reflections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
