"Transforms Feedback Skills with Hands-On Approach"
4/5
What do you like best about Hone?

I like how Hone teaches a framework and then asks you to do practical exercises, followed by reflecting on what you learned and how you applied the lesson. It's a very hands-on approach that connects practical experience with theoretical knowledge. I really like the personalized approach, the instructor knew all of our names, and it felt like a back-and-forth conversation. I would encourage Hone to continue seeking empathetic instructors with lots of experience who truly understand what it's like to be both an employee and a manager in a large, complex organization. What do you dislike about Hone?

The time to discuss with peers in the breakout rooms was too short and sometimes you didn't have time to cover all of your reflections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Leadership Training with Real Impact"
4/5
What do you like best about Hone?

I like that Hone provides a vast range of trainings towards leadership, each one being well-detailed and following a clear format. The trainers are very explicit, and it's possible to ask questions during the training since it's interactive. We don't just listen all the time; we get the chance to speak with the trainer and the audience, which is really cool. The sessions are lively and not something that makes you want to get sleepy. It's something that wakes you up and gives great insight into how to be a better manager. I also appreciate the time spent with other members of the audience doing exercises and practicing the theory we learn, which is very helpful. The skills I have learned during these trainings have turned out to be very efficient, specifically helping with coaching others and managing conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hone?

For me as I'm based in Europe, it would be more practical to have sessions during the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Leadership Skills with Interactive Materials"
4/5
What do you like best about Hone?

I find the material available during the session of each class to be the most valuable. Apart from that, I appreciate the larger group sessions as they allow for interaction. The exercises and material provided by Hone's educators have helped me the most, even more than reaching milestones. I also like that Hone can create a calendar meeting directly on my professional account, which helps me stay up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hone?

I would say, like, if Hone was an app that I could install on my phone, it would be a bit more convenient. But it can be a bit more engaging. More proactive, accessibility, not through website, but something either through an app that you could install on the phone or if there is something that is tied to even Slack or your company account, So, say, a messenger service which is not an email, that would be ideal too. What do you like best about Hone?

I love that Hone helps me learn to be a better leader by teaching me how to prioritize tasks and have hard conversations. I appreciate the helpful insights on functioning as a woman in leadership and integrating AI use in the workplace. I really value the Zoom classes offered by Hone, especially the format and the engaging instructors who provide slide decks/pdfs to all participants and actively engage with the chat. I also like the wide variety of classes offered by Hone, even though I wish some were available more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hone?

I do wish they had certain classes more often than once a month. Some classes are offered on the same weekdays and times, and I can never attend because of weekly meetings at those exact days and times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Leadership Coaching with AI Support"

What do you like best about Hone?

I really appreciate how Hone has helped me prepare for difficult conversations and maintain a balance between driving results and being empathetic. It’s given me the opportunity to engage with other leaders and gain valuable experience and knowledge. The private program through my company was particularly valuable, allowing for more collaboration due to its intimate group setting. I especially enjoyed the Transform Conflict into Collaboration session. The AI coach also stands out as I can ask it questions or delve into topics while they're on my mind. It has helped me get quick and effective answers, enabling me to solve problems and build strategies faster. I also encourage the continued use of the AI coach and sessions, as well as taking advantage of any upcoming live courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hone?

I would like the public classes to have a smaller audience to help with the comfort level around sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Live Lessons Enhance Skill Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Hone?

I love the reminders and ease of rescheduling a lesson with Hone. Having live lectures is great because they allow each session to be unique with attendees can speak on their career experiences (you meet people who have 1 year or even 20+ years of leadership experience which makes each class unique. I appreciate the availability of live lessons instead of recordings. The inclusion of real-time examples from those working in corporate America is valuable because the conversations allow attendees to have open discussions. The lessons on AI are amazing, providing a great introduction to the topic and immediate real-world application of the skills. Hone’s solutions have allowed me to be more confident in articulating myself in meetings and advocating for alternative choices as a person who is much more shy and not outgoing. Classes allow me to revamp my Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like Hone to offer key hard skill courses using software to increase time management or a persons skillset. Even recommendations in partnership with another company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the facilitators of the courses at Hone. They're very down to earth and approachable, and they feel comfortable in front of the camera. I like that they provide course guides, so I can look back on them and apply what I've learned when needed. It's nice to scroll through and revisit those guides. I like that the facilitators come from a variety of backgrounds and seem experienced in working with Hone. Additionally, I appreciate the interactivity in the courses; we're encouraged to engage and apply what we're learning, which is valuable. I love the variety of courses they offer, covering everything from emerging AI uses to solving hard problems and understanding how the brain works. There's such a wide breadth of topics available. I would continue to look at their menu of classes and enroll in them as the topics are applicable to what I'm working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hone?

I've been using Hone for nine months, mainly to increase my strengths in areas like AI, adapting to change, and prioritizing my day. They offer a wide range of topics, and I like the engagement, which is why I signed up for more classes beyond what my company initially requested as a trial. Hone has helped in bridging various business, sales, and delivery aspects, leading to better collaboration and timelines for customers. I also appreciate that their deliverables align with my business side, and I find creative ways to work with all the service lines we have. AI is a big interest for me, and I look forward to any additional insights or classes that might help me utilize AI further in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Soft Skills with Engaging Workshops"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hone?

I get more use from Hone because the workshops teach soft skills with multidisciplinary applications. They help me understand our corporate leadership better and frequently address issues affecting my communication with my manager and other departments. I hope my soft skills and interpersonal communication have improved. Hone has improved my storytelling in a business setting and given me the opportunity to practice mindfulness about my goals and self-presentation. I greatly appreciate the small group breakout sessions as they ensure engagement. I like the great, friendly lecturers. I enjoy that the classes are taught frequently and regularly, which is helpful if I need to reschedule or retake. The topics are very relevant to career development. "Robust Leadership Training, Excellent Flexibility"

What do you like best about Hone?

Hone is a great learning platform, offering live, instructor-led sessions across a wide variety of personal and professional development topics. Many classes are offered at times that work for our fully-remote organization, distributed across many time zones. Sessions are well structured, with interaction encouraged throughout, and selective use of breakout rooms to reinforce learning through role-play or discussion. Every session includes a PDF handout that summarizes the learning. Some trainings are paired with optional workshop sessions or AI coaching. I was not involved in the selection of Hone or my company, but I have been involved in the development of an integration with our HCM platform, and found the Hone team to be very responsive and collaborative throughout that process. What do you dislike about Hone?

Within the platform, the additional data fields available for user info are pretty limited. They could stand to offer some custom fields to enable administrators to include company-specific information in the user data to improve analytics and ease user management.
