The format -- I've found the breakout rooms to be helpful in practicing what you learned.

It feels very one-off, would be nice if there was a whole training curriculum dedicated to a topic with exercises and hands on practice for a duration a time vs just one hour in a day.

Improving my leadership skills. I've recently hired a direct report under me and am learning how to effectively delegate work and coach him.

The most helpful part of Hone is how engaging the instructors are. Instead of the instructor just talking, they make sure the audience / learners are engaged by calling on them and organizing break out rooms where we can engage with the other learners.

Some of the courses are a little lengthy, they could be trimmed down by 15 minutes or so.

There are a huge number of courses covering many different topics, my recommendation is to stick to the courses most relevant to you.

Hone is helping me solve problems that I had previously ignored and considered unimportant in terms of my job duties.

I liked that there was a real life instructor and that it was a live session. Some features that made me feel that Hone was good was the concise and detailed information they provided and the knowledge the instructor had.

I think maybe more interactions between the attendees would be nice. No other aspects that I can think of.

I didn’t feel there was enough time in the breakout sessions, so the discussions often felt rushed and we couldn’t fully cover everything.

I love that the classes are taught live.  I also love the variety of classes and times they offer. There is always a class I am interested in and a time that works for me.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I get tired of the teacher constantly telling us to turn on our cameras.  I get it, you want more interaction, but people can interact with their cameras off as well.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone has helped me implement AI into my everyday work.  I used to growl about AI and refuse to use it.  After taking a few AI classes with Hone, I now use it daily and it has helped me be more productive.

It helps us get training across faster with little administrative burden since all calendar invites are sent out via the platform. I also appreciate that Hone is very innovative and provides a range of services that I find valuable.

I would make the admin functionality better on the backend. I would like admins to log in as users, and reporting could be improved.

A lot of the time, the training felt like a one-off session; it would be more helpful to have follow-ups and clear next levels to continue building on what was covered.

Their ai coaching is innovative, but I find their in-person classes more meaningful.

Hone provides a curriculum that is current and meaningful to the situations I encounter at work every day as a leader and manager. The real-time interaction with both the instructors and with fellow course participants has helped give me both different perspectives from others, and also a feeling of community and connectedness hearing and receiving support from others at similar levels as me in different industries and companies.

The only thing would be I struggled with finding time for a 2 hour class. There were less open spots for the longer classes.

I enjoy the ease of use. It is very easy to find relevant classes and reschedule if needed.

I wish there were lecture-only options. Sometimes the breakout rooms prevent me from being able to join at all. And while I understand the participation piece, I do not get as much out of the breakouts.

Online classes are my most favorite part of Hone.

Nothing much, but I wish I could find more classes that are compatible with my time zone (JST).

I can learn the basic of management skills and I can practice the skills I learn before applying them in real life. Also, I can talk with other people going through the same programs in other industries, which is very interesting.

That the timings of the master classes is not EMEA/APAC friendly.

I like Hone's courses, especially the leadership training which interests me. The AI interactive learning in the course is very interesting and helpful because I can ask "silly questions" without fear of being judged. Some topics in the course, such as how to conduct 1:1 meetings and the practice opportunities, are also very helpful to me, aiding me in applying these methods within my team and boosting my confidence as a new supervisor. The instructors are energetic, and I am most satisfied with the AI interactive learning, looking forward to seeing more applications like this.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Currently, the course is conducted using Zoom. I don't usually use Zoom, so I hope the course materials and chat records can be delivered to students in other ways to facilitate future review.

In the team, I try to apply the methods from the course to the work context, especially for new supervisors, which gives me more confidence in dealing with team members.
