## Hone Reviews
 ### 1. Skill Development Revolutionized with Hone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I use Hone to improve my skills and learn new things to use in the workplace. Our company introduced us to Hone, and they provide us with three classes per quarter, plus the option to take other classes that we find helpful. I've learned a lot with the conflict resolution class; it was pretty eye opening and allows me to look at conflicts from both sides. I enjoy the AI classes and find them oddly enjoyable, especially when I talk like I'm doing in this review. I like the classes where we have a teacher for some larger classes, which I find helpful. I also like the great number of quest choices and classes available to choose from, and I enjoy participating in them. Overall, I enjoy the way things are and don't have any improvements to suggest. I'd likely recommend Hone to others.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I do not have any dislikes.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone to improve my skills and learn new things for work. The conflict resolution class was eye-opening, helping me view conflicts from both sides to find a resolution.

 ### 2. Effective Soft Skills Training with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie F. | Curriculum Specialist 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I like that Hone helps to address the challenge of keeping the human behind AI by offering courses on both AI and soft skills, which is important in the customer experience area I deal with. Hone helps employees feel like the company is investing in them, which I believe lowers turnover rates as people are more willing to stay when they feel valued. I appreciate the breakout rooms for engaging in discussions that we sometimes don't get the opportunity to have. They allow you to see different perspectives, which is what I believe learning is about. The instructors are usually great, bringing a very human element to learning, which I appreciate as it enhances the experience more than just taking an eLearning course. I think more opportunities to really dive deep into the human essence of discussion and engagement in topics would encourage me to continue with Hone.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I'm not the biggest fan of breakout rooms. Sometimes I just want to sit back and observe instead of participating in breakout groups every session. I wasn't aware of any opportunities to implement software through Hone.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone to maintain and enhance soft skills in a digital age, addressing the challenge of keeping the human aspect behind AI. It also helps reduce turnover by making employees feel valued, fostering longer tenure at the company.

 ### 3. Practical, Engaging Sessions with Takeaways You Can Apply Immediately

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

What I like best about Hone is how practical and engaging the sessions are. The facilitators do a great job connecting real-world situations to the concepts, so it never feels theoretical. I always walk away with something I can apply immediately

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I really enjoy the sessions, so my only complaint is that they go by too fast! Sometimes I wish there were more time for deeper discussion or follow-up resources to keep practicing what we learned.

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

Definitely give Hone a try. The sessions are interactive, relevant, and actually useful for real-life leadership challenges.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone is helping me be a better leader day to day. The classes are practical and easy to connect back to real situations — especially around communication, feedback, and developing my team. I’ve also learned new ways to use AI tools to save time and focus more on high-impact work. It’s been a great mix of leadership development and future-focused learning.

 ### 4. Transformative Leadership Training with Engaging Live Sessions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharath C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I find the leadership training that Hone offers in my company to be very useful. The content seemed interesting and it turned out to be a great experience. I felt Hone was the right choice. Hone helps me address people problems, such as deciding the best approach during difficult circumstances, which fine-tunes my approach and helps with the company's bottom line. I also appreciate the live sessions, which are very well conducted, with tight content and interactive activities. The worksheets provided can be downloaded for later reference, adding value to my experience. Moreover, I like the methodologies Hone helped me implement internally, like the question-based approach for problem-solving with my employees.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I don't think there are a lot of issues with Hone today. The only thing is the availability of sessions. Because there are only so many instructors, the number of options for sessions is limited. Also, having the sessions a little more flexible, maybe not exactly an hour long, but a forty-five-minute session with a fifteen-minute buffer would be good.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone helps me fine-tune my approach to leadership challenges, like handling difficult circumstances and breaking news to employees. It trains leaders to be polished, impacting the company's bottom line positively. The leadership training is very useful for my company.

 ### 5. Empowering Professional Development with Hone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I really value the range of professional development classes available through Hone, as I've been able to find classes that fit my specific needs. It's helpful when classes involve specific diagrams or methodologies, like the double diamond method for problem solving. The opportunity to join these classes at convenient times with professional instructors is another great aspect. I also appreciate the AI features that help in finding the right classes as well as the design of the classes being just an hour long and incorporating different methods of learning like instructor-led sessions and breakout rooms.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I find it hard to sign up for a class sometimes because the next available one can be over a month away. So, more flexibility around scheduling and more options would be great.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone for professional development, learning skills like problem solving and communication. The range of classes, helpful methodologies like the double diamond, and flexible, instructor-led formats are valuable. AI helps find classes, fitting what I need.

 ### 6. Empowering Learning with Live Classes and AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjana P. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I use Hone for attending classes on workplace communication, improvement, uses of AI, and technology. I've been part of Hone for about a year as part of our regular practice in our company to learn skills and communication. Hone offers very valuable and latest classes on skills, office communication, personal development, and technology. It offers an opportunity to connect and share knowledge with diverse teammates from different departments or industries. Personally, it helped me to focus on my communication skills and helped me to stay confident and optimistic. I like live classes because the learner gets the opportunity to study tips and tricks to handle situations as mentioned in topics like office communication and leadership quality in teams. The latest class in Hone helped me in getting familiar with Chat GPT and other AI tools and the way we can take advantage of them to make our work easy by staying professional. I like the topics we get to discuss in Hone, which helps a lot in learning and staying updated with the office atmosphere and is kind of therapeutic for mental power improvement after learning the steps to handle different scenarios in life.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I would love to be able to check some offline videos if I failed to attend the live session.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone offers valuable classes in skills, communication, and technology, helping me connect with diverse team members. It improved my communication skills, confidence, and optimism, and familiarized me with AI tools like ChatGPT.

 ### 7. Live Training with Valuable Peer Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April S. | Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

Live training and hearing from peers at other companies too.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Some classes fill up quickly and people have to wait for a later date or the times don’t always align with manager schedules.

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

If you are a company with limited L&D resources and you have newly promoted managers, this is a low cost tool to get your people managers great tools.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many managers have never received formal training to become better people leaders, so they end up learning on the job. Hone supports both new managers and experienced people managers in developing stronger people-leadership skills. The live, instructor-led training, peer guidance, and practical tools are just a few of the key elements that make the platform so effective. With flexible times and multiple dates, it’s also easy to book classes that fit our employee’s schedules. I also really like that you can read the course materials in advance of many of the classes, so you feel extra prepared.

 ### 8. Interactive Leadership Training That’s Immediately Applicable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erwin P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

What I like most about Hone is the small‑group format of the live sessions. The classes are intentionally kept intimate, which gives you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, engage directly with the instructors, and learn from other participants’ experiences. The breakout sessions are especially valuable — they create a safe, open‑minded environment to practice new skills, reflect with peers, and get real‑time feedback.
On top of that, Hone combines these highly interactive sessions with strong facilitation, practical frameworks, and an overall atmosphere that encourages transparency, curiosity, and growth. The result is training that feels personal, engaging, and immediately applicable in daily leadership situations.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

One thing that could be improved is better visibility into the expected group size before joining a session. Because Hone sessions vary from very small groups to slightly larger ones, it can sometimes catch you off guard depending on your personal preference or the type of interaction you’re hoping for. Smaller groups offer deeper engagement, but sometimes it’s also energising to have a bit more diversity in perspectives.
Having that information upfront would make it easier to set expectations and choose the format that best fits what you want from the session

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

My recommendation is simple: just get started. Even if you initially join for a specific goal or skill, Hone quickly broadens your perspective by suggesting sessions you might not have considered but will genuinely help you grow. The learning path doesn’t feel like a fixed set of courses you have to grind through — it feels more like having a real coach on the job.
Hone checks in regularly with thoughtful reminders, nudges you to apply what you’ve learned, and encourages you to keep building on your progress. The variety of sessions, the supportive environment, and the way the platform actively guides you make it easy to build momentum and grow beyond your initial target. If you’re open to learning, Hone will meet you there and push you further.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone has helped me grow as a people manager by providing repeatable frameworks for delegation, feedback, and coaching. Sessions like Lead Highly‑Effective 1:1s helped me tighten my management rhythm and improve the quality of conversations with my team.
Modules on conflict style, psychological safety, and influence have made it easier to navigate difficult interpersonal dynamics and build trust across the team.

 ### 9. Essential for Leadership and Team Alignment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egor N.

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I like using Hone for leadership and management training for our engineering team as it helps keep everyone's skills sharp and provides structured learning without having to organize everything ourselves. Hone is great for scaling leadership skills as the team grows and keeping distributed teams aligned on best practices, which keeps the skills consistent. The variety of topics offered, practical and actionable sessions, the interactive aspect where you get input from other people in similar roles, and the flexible schedule are aspects I find valuable. I'm really curious about the AI coach offering as it could be a game changer for individual development.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I wish Hone would expand the catalog with more advanced topics for senior people. But overall, I have no complaints.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hone for leadership, communication, and management training, keeping our engineering team's skills sharp. It helps with scaling leadership skills, aligning distributed teams on best practices, and offers practical, interactive sessions with a flexible schedule.

 ### 10. Highly Engaging Sessions with Active Instructor and Students

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma Y. | Business Operations Analyst, Live Events, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

Everyone in the session, from the instructor to the students, is highly engaged and consistently willing to participate throughout.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I wish there were 30-minute sessions instead of only full-hour ones, because it can be difficult to set aside a full hour during my job when we’re constantly on the go. I’m also not as comfortable using Zoom since my workplace relies on Google products, but it’s still okay overall.

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

I think it’s worth trying for anyone who’s considering it. There are so many different courses available that you’re bound to find one that interests you, and it really feels worthwhile to take part in them.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone has been helping me develop my leadership skills as a recent college graduate entering the workforce. It’s also helped me build confidence in key professional areas like communication, gathering feedback, and time management, which has made me feel more prepared day to day.

 ### 11. Empowering Leadership Training with Flexible Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I really enjoy the classes on Hone, especially the commitment portion that invites us to change our behavior to apply the lessons we've learned. The collaboration with other learners is something I find valuable as it pushes me outside of my comfort zone and allows me to hear perspectives I wouldn't otherwise hear. I love that we have access to so many classes and can schedule them for whenever it's convenient for us. The classes are the key service that encourages me to continue working with Hone. The numerous topics covered are very relevant to my work and help me to grow professionally in new ways.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I'd really just love to see more classes and maybe various class lengths to better fit in my schedule. It would also be nice to have some asynchronous content to fill in the gaps between classes.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone has helped me become a better communicator and manage my time more effectively, boosting my ability to deliver value at work. I love the flexibility to schedule classes at convenient times, which supports my professional growth.

 ### 12. Diverse Leadership Training with Room for Skill Expansion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Lu N.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I appreciate the Hone instructors because they seem to have a good understanding of their course offering. In several classes I've been in, the instructors have been able to proactively offer specific recommendations for additional classes based on feedback and comments from the participants. I also prefer when the classes are smaller with only a dozen or so individuals. It gives you a chance to connect with other individuals who also want to learn and are seeking to improve themselves. Plus, having people from different companies, parts of the world, and backgrounds gives me more perspectives and ideas, which helps open my mind to new possibilities. The diversity of thought in these sessions is really valuable.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I would like the addition of hard skills classes. Some classes aren't offered as frequently. I understand that maybe they are not as popular, but maybe it would be nice to suggest certain times of day for the class or things like that to make it easier to attend if they do open more sessions.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone helps me learn to use AI better, increase my influence as a leader, and improve management skills. This leads to improved skills and influence, allowing me to have a larger impact, be seen as a reliable resource, and stay updated with industry trends.

 ### 13. Empowering Management with Personalized Training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I liked that the classes were taught by a human instructor, rather than just watching a video and taking a test. The classes I took on building a thriving team culture and leading effective 1:1s were very helpful, and learning how people are happier when they believe their work has value was eye-opening. The suggestions for how to structure 1:1s (relationship building, frustrations, wins, project discussion) were very valuable and have improved their effectiveness. I like that it's personal and in-person, with information that is deep and informative, rather than being surface-level and full of business jargon. I hope to take more in the future.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

I think the classes would be better if they were longer. A lot of the classes felt like they didn't have enough time to really go deep enough on the topics.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone for management training, which has helped me gain management skills, boost productivity, and improve team morale. The classes on building team culture and 1:1s were valuable, and Hone's structure suggestion for 1:1s has improved their effectiveness.

 ### 14. Hone: Transformative Leadership Training with Unique Interactions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney B. | Facilities Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I like the interactions in the classes and really appreciate the diversity, with people from different companies and roles, from executive perspectives to individual contributors. It's nice to have various perspectives, and even if I've taken a class before, sometimes I'll take it again to experience a different facilitator and receive different information, as facilitators have diverse presentation styles. I find the breakout rooms methodology valuable for more individual sharing time, leading to good conversations tailored to specific needs. I love the interactions with other people in the courses and the opportunities to hear new perspectives. These collaborative experiences and the resulting synergy are really what Hone is all about, bringing to light what's important for each session. Those moments are really exciting and give me something new to think about, which I really appreciate and stands out for me.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Sometimes the classes have a lot of information presented, and the notes in the learner guide don't always match with the notes on screen. Presenters often go through slides quickly, and as I'm not an auditory learner, I don't catch all the information. It would help if the slides matched the learner guide better or stayed on screen longer.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone for leadership and manager training, addressing cultural and generational differences in my team. The master classes and diverse perspectives are invaluable. Breakout rooms enhance individual sharing and discussions, creating a collaborative environment that enriches the learning experience.

 ### 15. Exceptional Leadership Training with Expert Instructors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily F.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I have really appreciated the quality of the instructors that Hone employs. The breakout/interactive sessions are always fun and impactful in helping me apply what I've learned. I love the variety of courses Hone offers, covering topics like leadership skills, change management, AI, influence, and mindfulness at work. The broad scope of topics and classes, the incredibly knowledgeable and engaging instructors, and the actionable takeaways are great for implementing what I've learned in my day-to-day life. I also love how Nicole, one of the instructors, includes meditation and breath work at the beginning of classes. Additionally, I appreciate the classes focused on mindfulness and burnout, and I hope to see more on self-care and self-development.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Would love to see more classes on self development / wellness (to help people become more impactful in their roles). But love the existing Hone courses in this realm!

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone helps me develop leadership skills crucial for working in a remote, cross-functional, global team, improving my collaboration and impact on projects. I appreciate the knowledgeable instructors, engaging sessions, and variety of courses that provide actionable insights for my role.

 ### 16. Revolutionized Our Skills Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia M. | Learning & Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I really like Hone's model of virtual coach-led training sessions that are an hour long and very engaging, which is unique compared to other platforms. The platform aligns well with our core competencies and strategic goals, helping to up level the skills of our staff, especially managers and leaders. Hone effectively provides skills that enable people to work more effectively together during high pressure and conflict situations. The bite-sized lessons are great for introducing new skills andt he interactive nature of the sessions, which involves discussing lessons and application with others, makes learning more likely to stick compared to self-paced options. I also like that Hone is investing in expanding opportunities within AI and helping people understand its safe and effective use. The AI coach feature is valuable for colleagues who prefer not to be in breakouts or have scheduling constraints, allowing them to learn and practice skills like coaching and giving feedback.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

As an Admin, I would like it to be easier to edit learners or add a small number of learners without uploading a CSV. Some staff do not enjoy breakouts with people from other companies. I also think our staff find it hard to navigate and find their commitments and materials from previous classes. That just takes people a little while to get used to.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone to upskill managers and staff, especially in our core competencies. It offers engaging, interactive sessions that ensure skills are practiced and applied, unlike self-paced platforms.

 ### 17. Engaging Live Sessions with Valuable Peer Breakouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I like the live content. It's not just a webinar where you are sitting and listening. You are actually interacting with other professionals facing similar challenges. I've learned a lot in the breakout sessions where we give each other advice.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

They leave me wanting more! Sometimes the instructor leaves it open for people who want to stay a bit longer to ask individual questions. I've taken advantage of that and been able to get an answer to a challenge I I was facing that day.

**Recommendations to others considering Hone:**

You should take advantage of these sessions as often as your schedule will allow!

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Senior Director managing a team in a highly regulated compliance environment, I face constant competing demands on my time and need to develop my team's capabilities while maintaining strict SOX compliance standards. Hone's courses have helped me address two critical challenges: effective delegation and navigating difficult conversations.

 ### 18. Hone Is Solving & How It Benefits Me

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather D. | Senior Compliance Coordinator, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

Hone helps develop communication and leadership skills needed to manage cross-functional compliance work. The training provides practical strategies for setting expectations, handling difficult conversations, and maintaining collaboration while addressing deadlines and requirements. This improves accountability, reduces misunderstandings, and supports smoother onboarding processes.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

The main challenge is scheduling during a deadline-driven compliance role, which can make it difficult to fully focus on sessions. Some content is broad, and more role-specific scenarios and follow-up discussion would help with practical application. The program is valuable, but additional flexibility and customization would improve the experience.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone helps address the challenge of developing communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced operational environment. In healthcare compliance, much of my role involves cross-functional coordination, navigating difficult conversations about deadlines and requirements, and guiding partners through regulatory expectations. These situations require not only technical knowledge, but also effective communication and relationship management.

 ### 19. Flexible and Easy-to-Use Skill Enhancement Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brayden W.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I find Hone valuable for teaching and developing skills that improve individual employee performance and competence. I like the flexibility it offers in scheduling times that work best for me and the opportunity to work with others outside of my organization. I also appreciate the practice activities and personality tests, which are helpful in understanding how people in various roles might work or think alongside me. The breakout rooms are a great feature for interacting with others. Hone’s ease of use is a big plus as it encourages employees to use the software, and the flexibility further supports this engagement.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

N/A

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone for teaching and developing skills to improve employee performance. It boosts individual metrics, thereby enhancing team performance. Hone's flexibility and ease of use encourage employee engagement. I also value working with others outside my organization, which broadens perspectives.

I appreciate the ability to schedule trainings at times that work best for me and being able to ask all the questions I've had. The instructors are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

Nothing everyone has always been so knowledgeable and helpful

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone helps improve AI usage and time management, showing us efficient ways to integrate AI. It translates complex tasks into clear narratives with templates and training materials, boosting our understanding and application of AI.

 ### 21. Empowering Leadership with Real-Time Interaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec T.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I really like Hone because it has created a safe environment for me to practice important soft skills for leadership, such as giving feedback and executive presence. I've found the classes incredibly beneficial. Practicing in breakout rooms is another aspect I find very helpful because they make me a more active member of the class by encouraging me to synthesize my thoughts and speak about them. I also appreciate the live classes with other real people, which foster a very positive environment encouraging questions and engagement. These interactions motivate me to continue taking more classes.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

It would be nice to have more options on times for the classes, since sometimes I struggled to fit certain sessions into my calendar.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hone was preparing me for imminent increases in my leadership responsibilities, and helped me develop some skills to make that transition easier.

 ### 22. Essential Leadership Training with Authentic Connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I use Hone for personal development, specifically leadership training. Hone helps me become a better leader, supporting our business goals. It allows me to provide better coaching and feedback, driving engagement and higher productivity within my team. I find live trainings on people management topics most valuable, especially the practical discussions and breakout opportunities. The trainings are very grounded in clear actions and frameworks, and provide chances to meet others interested in the same topics. I love the robust live training library and set of options they offer.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I use Hone for leadership and communication classes, and it's been great so far, like taking two of the three required courses that I needed. Each one has been an hour-long discussion where I've learned about management and how to communicate effectively. I find it helpful in understanding and improving my communication style to better perform at work. The class on bridging cultural differences was insightful too. The instructors are really good; they allow everyone to speak openly and share their experiences from their time in the workplace. The exercises, like creating a feedback group, were also beneficial. **What do you like best about Hone?**

I like the reading collaterals that are always very helpful for knowing outside references or points of reference. ### 40. Exceptional Leadership Training with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin S.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hone?**

I appreciate Hone's high-quality instruction by industry-leading experts and the comprehensive content library that's only improving with time. I love that Hone's catalog becomes a wonderful resource to provide bespoke content in a way that scales easily after performance management and engagement survey times. I like that leaders choose to come back to Hone's catalog repeatedly, signaling its perceived usefulness. I am particularly impressed with the account management, where Lea and Rea are viewed as extensions of our team, and they've been wonderful partners in strategizing around initiatives and proposing specific solutions to challenges as they emerge. I’m also excited about using Hone's masterclass catalog as a way to scale our AI learning needs enterprise-wide, directly aligning with and supporting our AI Learning strategy.

**What do you dislike about Hone?**

The biggest ask I'd have is for a bit more flexibility around program customization. I realize that doesn't scale well, and so I understand why it's hard, but for dedicated classes that are company-specific, it'd be super useful to be able to connect with facilitators ahead of time even just to provide them with some context or nuance that'd make their content land even more effectively. And it might be that I'm still new to Hone, but I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the different types of solutions they offer - classes, masterclasses, AI coaches, practices, lessons, membership, etc. It's clearly all very well thought-out, but it's just not been the easiest framework to wrap my head around.

**What problems is Hone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hone at performance management and engagement survey times, giving teams that have clarity on their development needs access to scalable, bespoke content.
