It is adequate. We used it for 3 years, and it got our inventory from our DMS to our syndication partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Green Wave Electric Vehicles wishes to cancel its HomeNet and SnapLot subscription at the end of this billing cycle. This is a product that we have used for 3 years, and I have been absolutely horrified at the level of customer service that we have received during the process of getting our second location set up.
Let me recap:When I reached out to HomeNet support to get a second location set up, I first received no response. Then I received a response that said I needed to fill out a sales form and wait 3-5 business days to speak to someone. I am an existing customer. I should have been able to speak to someone that same day, or the next day at the latest. It took several days to get a meeting to speak with a salesperson, and I found the pricing to be ridiculous - practically doubling my cost in order for HomeNet to receive an extra column in the feed and forward that on to our website and syndication partners. I moved forward because I thought it would be the most efficient and competent way to achieve what we needed. Then it took days to get implementation set up. And when we implemented the feed, I told the implementation specialists to keep all of our syndication feeds in place for the vehicles in our new location. None of those syndication feeds were set up, so all of our vehicles in our second location disappeared from our website and from all the auto classified sites. Moreover, all the pictures on our vehicles that moved to our second location were removed, and I was told that I would need to fill out a sales inquiry form to purchase SnapLot for the second location. This last piece was so infuriating that I immediately got my DMS provider and website provider to bypass Homenet and set up their own syndications; the entire process took 2 business days.HomeNet is an adequate program, nothing more. The service that Cox Automotive provides to HomeNet customers is mind-blowingly inadequate. As a dealership owner who pays hundreds of thousands of dollars to Cox Automotive every year for products and services, I am disgusted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
