The tool hasn't worked at all so I have nothing positive to say unfortunately. I am still trying to make it work. No free trial - once you part with $40 for the month, the website desperately tries to convince you to upgrade your plan. When I then tried actually using the tool, I'm only getting error messages saying that my images aren't in the right format (they are in the correct format). It didn't work at all for me. It doesn't let you cancel automatically you have to reach out to a third party support team. Absolutely terrible. The "NEW" features in the Expert Plan are not included - they are paid add-ons or paid one-time-use tokens (NEW Generate Videos, 1 Click Virtual Staging, 2D to 3D Floorplans, 1 Click Remove Furniture, etc). The idea is simple, upload images and get the result, as right now I am in the middle of the renovation of my house I need this tool every day, I use it for every detail that I need a suggestion, instead of paying a hefty money to designer I have used this simple tool with ease and without spending lots of time on the meetings and discussions. I like the idea that you can redesign not only the interior but also the exterior which will come hand in a few months when we will start to build my father's house. As it is an AI tool, sometimes there could be some misplaced items in the image or I need to regenerate a few times to get the result I wanted, but this is more issue with the current state of AI, not the product itself so no complains. I had to hand-hold the AI and in the end use photoshop to help add-remove-edit photos in order to get walls to be painted and take a few things out. The 'extra' comment area where you ask for specific features did not work at all, and nothing I asked for in there was every generated. Wall details get erased when you ask for paint or art.
