**What do you like best about Home Health Centre?**

The best thing about this service is that it is a great completely AT HOME hub for all things patient care management. You are able to control billing and scheduling also which is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Home Health Centre?**

The only things I dislike about Home Health Centre is that there is no care plan management and there is not a free trial where I could test it out before I purchased.

**What problems is Home Health Centre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our agency, Home Health Centre has allowed us to create better and more personal relationships with patients with access from all over.

Consistency
Easy to navigate
Access on smartphone
Narrative is not excessive
Usually easy to log on and the data entry is not often lost
It takes about an average amount of time to complete, not too long to finish

**What do you dislike about Home Health Centre?**

Oxygen
Should have an option if using or not
Diabetic should have an option for fasting blood sugar separate from the other options

**Recommendations to others considering Home Health Centre:**

Use smart phone, advance forward, enter, check, check, check. Gives you a quick sense of accomplishment.

We offer more one and one experience with the patients than in a nursing home or hospital.

Not enough time sometimes with the patients we care for.
