**What do you like best about Home Care Pulse?**

I love the most recent changes which shows much more information on the main page. The site is easy to navigate and all of the information is very easy to use. I really like the ability to create "Inform Letters" with our company address and logo, I can just print them out right off the website and mail them to my clients and my caregivers.

**What do you dislike about Home Care Pulse?**

I wish that I could click on the interviews and print them out right off the site easier, to do that, and have them print out correctly, I have to do a couple extra steps, it by no means is frustrating or a hardship of any kind. It is very simple but there isn't much I would change about the current state of this software as I think they have done a great job with it. So that is the only thing I can even think of.

**Recommendations to others considering Home Care Pulse:**

If you need an honest and easy to use software program to see how you are doing as a company on both sides, this is the software for you!

**What problems is Home Care Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When dealing with so many clients and care staff it is very hard to keep up with everything going on. Sometimes we might start lacking in certain areas and using this software has helped me, as the office manager, and person that handles our Home Care Pulse account, make changes to how we do things or how we help our clients/care staff with concerns they are having. This software is an excellent tool for keeping everyone happy with their role, whether that is an employee or if they are one of our clients. We are not perfect but this software program has helped me to understand what areas need working on. That is a huge help.
