What problems is Hologram solving and how is that benefiting you?

I engineer, manufacture and operate large scale sanitation systems for the largest food processors in the world. The installations are throughout the US and without Hologram it would not be possible. I engineered Hologram into the products/machines I manufacture. They are very complex and operation is time critical, Hologram allows me to monitor globally my systems, make adjustments, and dispatch personnel for repairs. What do you like best about Hologram?

The team is very professional, knowledgeable, and has well-organized customer support processes. What I like the best is that the team is willing to work with us and even with our manufacturer closely to resolve problems that we accounter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hologram?

What I don't like is there's a lack of flexibility on the SIM to be activated or de-active as we needed. Especially we have the 12 months contract term with our customers, but Hologram SIM can be auto-set for the period to deactivate the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would suggest Hologram will impletement an automated control on data usages and its timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hologram solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hologram has been very helpful in supporting our business requirements. We build the SIMs into our devices and send them to end users before data usage is incurred. Hologram has been flexible with the timing and helped with problems in the manufacturer's assembly process. However, SIM card and data control flexibility are essential for our business models. What do you like best about Hologram?

The Dashboard interface is simpler and more intuitive than competitors. Buying a phone number or SIM is very straightforward. Getting everything working is relatively fast. Support has been highly responsive and very knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hologram?

It's missing some features compared to competitors, but if you don't need those features, Hologram is a good choice. There have been a couple minor bugs, but support has been solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
