HollaEx can be used for free as an open-source solution by using the DIY exchange setup process. This requires self-hosting of the HollaEx software on your own computer or using a prepackaged HollaEx system from AWS (https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-vysn5g3h5cops) or DigitialOcean (https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/hollaex-kit).

For fast turnaround and streamlined services, there are the Cloud HollaEx plans: Basic, Crypto Pro, and Fiat Ramp which can be paid as you go monthly or yearly.
