What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Holisticly?

Holisticly's paid plans begin at $129/month for the Essentials tier, covering up to 50 employees with stipend management, communication resources, and customer support, but no HRIS integrations. Holisticly's Business and Enterprise tiers, both custom-quoted, unlock HRIS integrations and higher employee counts, with Enterprise adding volume discounts. G2 reviewers most frequently praise ClassPass, Audible, and massage partnerships as core value drivers accessible within paid plans. The absence of implementation and PEPM fees across all tiers is a consistent differentiator noted in Holisticly's pricing structure on G2.

Holisticly's pricing earns strong value marks from G2 reviewers, with an average rating skewing high across mid-market and small business segments. G2 users consistently highlight ClassPass, Audible, massage services, and meal kits as standout benefits that offset employer costs. The flat $129/month Essentials tier with no PEPM or implementation fees is a notable structural advantage. However, G2 reviewers flag recurring friction points: points caps that prevent rollover, limited gym partner networks in suburban areas, and out-of-stock products. Some lower-rated reviews cite subscription entanglement after redemption as a hidden cost concern. Overall, Holisticly's pricing delivers solid value for employers prioritizing flexible wellness stipends over rigid, one-size-fits-all programs.

What do you like best about Holisticly?

I love that my company offers Holistically as a benefit! I especially love the fact that you can turn your credits into subscriptions or turn them in for actual products. I have signed up for Class Pass, Meal Kits, and purchased countless fitness equipment all from holistically! The products they offer are great quality, and they have all the latest trending wellness apps and subscriptions to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Holisticly?

The only downside I can think of is that it caps you at 150 credits total. It's hard to save up for certain items that may be 200 credits for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface is decent. Lots of things to choose from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Holisticly?

Too many options leave you on the hook to cancel some subscription service after redemption. I'm taxed on the benefit, so if I don't use it, I lose money that way. It could be slightly better if the subscription renewed on Holisticly credits and not my own money, but the credits I get each month aren't sufficient to keep that going for long.
