What do you like best about HockeyStack?
Before Hockeystack, I could track content marketing's impact on opportunities and revenue to an extent, but I knew I were significant gaps in our attribution model. For one, we were only tracking "first-source" content - and still not thoroughly capturing all the opportunities generated from content efforts.
With Hockeystack, I'm now able to track "first-source" content opportunities more accurately, track "content-touchpoints" for all content-influenced deals, and much more.
Hockeystack's "users" feed is especially useful for us, as many of our leads aren't accurately tracked in SFDC. With Hockeystack, I can simply search for a company's website domain or individual lead's email in its tracking tool, and it provides me with a detailed, holistic journey of each page and action a user has taken from first landing on our website, booking a demo, and going through our sales journey. This greatly improved our marketing team's ability to attribute sources to new opportunities and closed deals.
