What do you like best about HOA Central?

I manage a portfolio of 14 communities, and HOA Central lets me do that with far less stress. In the portfolio dashboard I can see the health of every property, and switching between them takes less than 3 clicks. The violation tracking, ARC management, and service requests features helped eliminate keeping track of a bunch of spreadsheets, email threads, and paper files. The time savings have been incredible, and the boards I work with are finally getting real-time updates instead of monthly reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HOA Central?
