Essette works well with most of the browsers, which is easily accessible company-wide. Besides, our team mainly uses Essette to track case progress such as taking notes, case current status, and phone records. Lastly, Essette is an integrated business tool that can process individual case or authorization, which our company does have to spend money on two different tools. Essette does not specifically customize for our company's business need, such as adding calculated field Turn-Around Time(TAT). Therefore our team has to go to the underlying data and query the data we need.
